The grapes selected and harvested in advance, are left to dry for a short period in boxes, losing weight and concentrating flavours and sugars. There is then maceration on the skins for 12 hours to increase the complexity and structure. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation a part of the wine is aged in oak barrels. The wine is then blended and bottled.
