1 Welcome to The Dart Marina Working hand in hand with our wine supplier, we have created a well-balanced list, offering all palates an opportunity to be tantalised... Drawing inspiration from both the Old and New World, we have sourced wines which demonstrate excellent characteristics expected from each variety, including some gems that were just waiting to be discovered. We are proud to present a number of wines from three of our finest local vineyards including the Excellent Sharpham Brut from the shores of the River Dart. If you get a chance, they offer a fascinating tour of the vineyard as well as being able to see their famous cheeses in production. As well as offering wines by the bottle, we also provide a balanced selection by the glass or by a 500ml Carafe, for when a bottle is just too much but a glass is not quite enough. Wines by the glass are offered in 175ml glasses but smaller and larger measures are available upon request. Whilst many of the wines are perfectly matched with specific dishes, the wines on our list can be enjoyed with a variety of cuisine or just as they come. All of our wines can also be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the terrace watching the world go by. Please enjoy. Wines on this list may contain sulphites, egg or milk products. 2 Local Heroes 01. Dart Valley Reserve, Sharpham, Devon, England Bottle Super full-flavoured, zippy estate wine. Energetic and with all the structure for a long and happy life. 02. Sharpham Brut, Sharpham Vineyard, Devon, England Bottle Fresh fruit flavours make for an excellent aperitif or as a superb accompaniment to seafood. 03. Pebblebed Brut, Devon, England Bottle Aged for a minimum of three years on the lees, there are crisp apple fruit flavours with a delicate sparkling mousse. White Wine 04. GoldCoast, Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa Bottle Fresh and bright with lively sherbet and lime aromas and a floral vivacity. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Pinot Grigio, Soprano, Italy Bottle Crisp apple and soft white pear flavours. This wine is easy drinking with a lifted freshness. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Riesling Kabinett, Reh Kendermann, Mosel, Germany Bottle White-and-green, fresh and grassy, quite sweet and well balanced with some edge. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Chardonnay Vat 7, De Bortoli, South East Australia Bottle Golden Aussie Chardonnay shows a touch of caramel and vanilla oak, 50cl Carafe with plenty of up-front spice and nicely structured fruit. 125ml ml ml Sauvignon Blanc, The Crossings, Marlborough, New Zealand Bottle Bright and fresh, it leaps with exotic notes of white peach and 50cl Carafe pink grapefruit over a mineral flintiness. 125ml ml ml Sancerre, Domaine Neveu, Loire, France Bottle A classic wine from Sauvignon s historical home. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Picpoul de Pinet M, Languedoc, France Bottle Fresh with a bright aroma of white flowers and zesty citrus. 11. Viognier, Laurent Miquel, Languedoc, France Bottle Peach-scented Viognier is perfectly pitched here. 12. Riesling, Michel Leon, Alsace, France Bottle The most famous grape variety in Alsace producing a wine that is fresh and fruity with touches of citrus. 13. Albarino, Laurent Miquel, Languedoc, France Bottle Aromas of grapefruit with a delicate floral overtone, the palate refreshing with ripe white peach flavours and a hint of lime on the finish. A soft yet crisp and aromatic white.

3 14. Gewürztraminer, Michel Leon, Alsace, France Bottle Golden in colour and full of floral, spicy aromas as you would expect from this most aromatic varietal. 15. Marsanne-Chardonnay-Roussanne, Amigos, McHenry Hohnen, Bottle Margaret River, Australia A delectable fusion wine with notes of quince, melons, banana, vanilla and spice. 16. Pouilly Fumé, Guy Saget, Loire, France Bottle Crisply refreshing aromatic fruit and an underlying suggestion of flint. 17. Chablis Saint Martin, Domaine Laroche, Chablis, Burgundy, France Bottle Fine gold, with full fruit and authentic Chablis flinty character. 18. Vignerons de Terres Secretes Pouilly Fuissé, Burgundy, France Bottle A well balanced delicate but powerful wine with aromatic complexity and good ageing potential. Fine aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit which later evolve into notes of hazelnut, almond, vanilla and gunflint. (2) 13% vol 19. Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay, Marlborough, New Zealand Bottle This iconic wine is reminiscent of fresh fruit salad - full of ripe peach, mango and passionfruit. 20. Meursault 1er Cru, Château de Blagny, Louis Latour, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France Bottle Soft, rounded, rich Chardonnay flavours with plenty of pure fruit character. 21. Puligny-Montrachet, Louis Latour, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France Bottle Pale lemon colour. Full-flavoured young wine with no evident oak. Very neat and confident Puligny with signs of balanced ageing for added depth. Red Wine 22. Merlot, Rue des Amis, Languedoc, France Bottle Intense ruby red with enticing aromas of red berries and spice. Rich, round on the 50cl Carafe palate with a smooth finish. 125ml ml ml Shiraz Vat 8, De Bortoli, South East Australia Bottle Ripe and generous dark forest fruits creates this opulent textured style. The palate has supple 50cl Carafe vanilla tones with a backdrop of oak showing burnt chocolate. Utterly outstanding! 125ml ml ml Pinot Noir Vat 10, De Bortoli, South East Australia Bottle Intensely concentrated with strawberry and spice flavours. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Trueno Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina Bottle A Malbec that is aged in oak for 6 months, ruby red with notes of raisins, 50cl Carafe chocolate, coffee, tobacco and caramel. Smooth and well balanced, 125ml ml ml purity of red and black berry fruits and a lingering finish. 26. Ermita de San Felices Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Santalba, Rioja, Spain Bottle This is a very smart, modern Rioja, packed with smoky, spicy fruit and enveloped 50cl Carafe by a neatly integrated silky oak overcoat. 125ml ml ml Touriga Nacional, Point West, Lisboa, Portugal Bottle Forest fruits and prune characters are followed by subtle oak-spice notes on a well-balanced palate. 28. Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, Aves del Sur, Maule Valley, Chile Bottle A full, rich palate with flavours of blackberries, blueberries and cassis.

4 29. Montepulciano d Abruzzo Riserva Tor del Colle, Abruzzo, Italy Bottle Intense and concentrated on the nose with cherry flavours and notes of blackberries and liquorice. Dry and herbaceous on the palate, rounded and mouthfilling. (C) 13.5% vol 30. Pinotage, The Den, Painted Wolf, Paarl, South Africa Bottle An intense fruit-packed wine with notes of summer berries, savoury spice and toasty cedar wood flavours. 31. Baldrick Shiraz, Vondeling, Paarl, South Africa Bottle A rich and opulent blend of Mourvèdre, Shiraz and a touch of Viognier to give a floral lift delivering blackberry fruit and a hint of vanilla. 32. Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Colombo & Fille, Rhône, France Bottle A bright seductively fruity wine packed with red fruit characters, well-rounded tannins and balanced acidity. 33. Cave des Grands Vins de Fleurie 2017/18, Fleurie, Beaujolais, France Bottle This wine, arrayed in a deep garnet hue flecked with purple, offers up a powerful black fruit bouquet. Notes of slightly tart blackberries give this wine a nice balance. On the palate, the powerful, smooth tannins reinforce the succulent character of this Fleurie, which delivers a lovely, long-lingering finish. (B) 13% vol.34. Chianti Classico, Castello d Albola, Italy Bottle A traditional Chianti Classico with aromas of fruit cake and subtle spice and a complex yet balanced palate with herbal undertones. 35. Cabernet Sauvignon, Hahn Winery, California, USA Bottle Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromatics complement notes of vanilla and caramel. 36. Château Pierrail Rouge, Bordeaux Supérieur, France Bottle Smooth, balanced, well-made Claret. It carries a forest signature of wild berries and sweetly charred timber. 37. Merlot-Cabernet-Malbec, Esk Valley, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand Bottle Soft Merlot, firm Cabernet and ripe, dark Malbec come together perfectly in this smooth integrated blend. 38. Ermita de San Felices Rioja Reserva, Bodegas Santalba, Rioja, Spain Bottle An amazingly intense and concentrated Rioja with masses of ripe blackberry fruit and a wonderful enriching sweetness. 39. Hautes Côte de Beaune, Domaine Chanson, Burgundy, France Bottle A real over-performer in its class with vibrant fruit and absolute depth. 40. Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Auguste Bessac, Rhône, France Bottle A richly warming Châteauneuf, delivered in a charming, easy-drinking style. 41. Saint Joseph, Colombo & Fille, Rhône, France Bottle Wonderful richness and a dense full-bodied structure with blackberry, cherry and clove notes. 42. La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet, Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France Bottle This is the second wine of the outstanding Château Sociando-Mallet offering pleasant aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. 43. Castillo Ygay Rioja Gran Reserva Especial, Marqués de Murrieta, Rioja, Spain Bottle Dark in colour with hints of plums, cherries and an almost sweet cigar scent. A full bodied palate with sweet plum, notes of chocolate and amazing length. 44. Côte Rotie Brune et Blonde, E. Guigal, Rhône, France Bottle Some people would kill for this wine. The fruit is exciting, evolved, rich, juicy, edged with fine metal and textured like satin. 45. Gevrey Chambertin, Domaine Chanson, Burgundy, France Bottle Very refreshing aromas of red berries mixed with spices and vanilla.

5 Rosé Wine 46. Rosé d Anjou, Domaine des Nouelles, Chereau Carré, Loire, France Bottle All softness and light sweetness here. A long-standing favourite from the lovely Loire Valley. 50cl Carafe ml ml ml Abbaye Saint-Hilaire Rosé, Provence, France Bottle A pale dry rosé, made primarily from Syrah and Grenache, showing red fruit aromas. 50cl Carafe Provence is the rockstar of rosé, but this wine is also ethically produced in 125ml ml ml 9.00 order to hand the vineyards on to future generations. Bubbles 48. Prosecco Spumante, Botter, Italy Bottle A zippy, refreshing and sherbet style fizz with delicate fruity notes and a soft creamy finish. 125ml Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut, Champagne, France Bottle Relaxed, easy-drinking style with a warm brioche weight to support its fresh appley fruit. Half Bottle ml Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, Champagne, France Bottle Pale gold, confident full aroma and flavour, mouth-filling and satisfying. Excellent in its class with real depth of flavour. 51. Joseph Perrier Vintage, Champagne, France Bottle Full of white peach and honeysuckle aromas with a complex touch of fresh brioche. 52. Dom Pérignon, Champagne, France Bottle Reputedly the oldest and most traditional of all Champagnes. Very delicate style to savour. One of the greats. Rosé Bubbles 53. Rosato Spumante Botter, Italy Bottle Dazzling pink fizz that is soft and well-balanced on the palate, with a sherbet cherry touch. 54. Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Rosé Brut, Champagne, France Bottle Light, welcoming rosé with an abundant mousse and plenty of vibrant strawberry and violet flavours for a delicate perfumed style. 55. Laurent-Perrier Rosé Brut, Champagne, France Bottle Pale and interesting, yet full and flavoursome. A classic wine in an iconic bottle. Stickies 56. Rutherglen Muscat, Campbells, Victoria, Australia Half Bottle Lusciously sweet and excellent with strong cheeses, fruit puddings or as an after-dinner 50ml 5.00 drink with coffee. 57. Château Petit Vedrines, Sauternes, Bordeaux, France Half Bottle Classic peach and honey notes characterise this wine. The perception of sweetness is offset by fruit, dried apricot and melon.
