2 Wines by the Glass REDS Bottle 125ml 175ml 250ml 01 Cabernet Sauvignon, Santa Helena, /14, Central Valley, Chile A generous open wine with fresh, ripe fruit aromas. Very drinkable with gentle tannins, black fruit flavours and a long, pleasant finish. (C) 13.5% vol 02 Merlot, Villa Rosaura, 2013/14, Central Valley, Chile A deep violet red wine with mature red fruit aromas of plum combined with spiced notes. On the palate, rich, velvety tannins, a medium body and a lasting finish. (C) 13% vol 03 Syrah, Martin Fierro, Bodegas Borbore, /14, San Juan, Argentina Syrah excels in the San Juan wine growing area of Argentina. It has an inviting nose of red fruits, spice and chocolate. Balanced and smooth on the palate. (C) 13.5% vol 04 Pinotage, Huntersville, /13, Swartland, South Africa A superb young Pinotage. The flavours of this unique South African cultivar show ripe plum and fruitcake all beautifully integrated and then finished with subtle oak for a lingering aftertaste. (C) 13.5% vol 05 Ermita de San Felices Rioja Selección, Bodegas Santalba, /14, Rioja, Spain Light and elegant with plenty of summer-pudding red berry fruit. It has a light oak influence that adds weight and concentration. The vibrant violet, cherry fruit is absolutely typical of good Tempranillo Rioja. (C) 13.5% vol WHITES 06 Garganega-Pinot Grigio, Tanti Petali, Botter, /15, Veneto, Italy Light and leafy with a hint of pear and blossom. An easygoing match for almost anything. (2) 12% vol 07 Unwooded Chardonnay, Huntersville, /14, Swartland, South Africa Light, fresh and easy, young Chardonnay with not an ounce of oak to confound the bright purity of lemony tropical fruit. An exceptional wine. (2) 14.5% vol 08 Sauvignon Blanc, Urmeneta, /15, Central Valley, Chile A blend of herbal notes and fresh tropical fruit such as grapefruit, pineapple and mango. It is fresh in style with balanced acidity that enhances the fruity palate. (2) 12% vol 09 Sauvignon Blanc, Esk Valley, /15, Marlborough, New Zealand Very lean and grassy with a mineral, citrus zing. It has an added complexity of asparagus pungency and bright nettly notes. Absolutely classic benchmark Sauvignon from that clever Gordon Russell. (1) 13% vol 10 Picpoul de Pinet M, 2014/15, Languedoc, France Fresh with a bright aroma of white flowers and zesty citrus. (1) 13% vol

3 Wines by the Glass ROSÉ SPARKLING Bottle 125ml 175ml 250ml 11 Coreto Rosado, 2013/14, Lisboa, Portugal Award-winning wine for its intense fruity aromas, mouth-watering juiciness and crisp, fresh flavours of strawberries and raspberries. A great all-rounder rosé for drinking with or without food. (2) 12% vol 12 Pinotage Rosé, Lion Ridge, /15, Western Cape, South Africa Alert aroma of cherries is softened to summer fruits in a super-fresh, nearly dry palate. (2) 13% vol 13 Prosecco Spumante, Tenuta Ca Bolani, NV, Italy Pale straw-yellow and a fine, clear mousse with delicate bubbles. Fruity, aromatic, with appley notes. Easy-drinking with the delicate almond note typical of the grape variety. (1) 11% vol

4 Red Wines Bottle 14 Primitivo-Negroamaro, Gran Rosso, 2013/14, Salento, Italy Intense, full and complex with dark chocolate and black cherry character. A wonderful food wine with plenty of body and structure for hearty dishes. (C) 13.5% vol 15 Syrah-Grenache, Laurent Miquel, 2013/14, Languedoc, France Smoky, spicy and herby - very much an expression of its southern French origin - with plenty of attractive hedgerow fruit flavours and good, solid weight. A big wine with an almost chalky minerality that begs to be matched with robust food. (C) 13% vol 16 Touriga Nacional, Point West, 2011/12, Lisboa, Portugal This high quality vine has produced a wine of intense colour, forest fruit flavours and subtle oak-spice notes. The power has been harnessed into a deliciously smooth, style, but with real concentration of flavour. (D) 13% vol 17 Beaujolais, Collin Bourisset, 2013/14, Burgundy, France Ripe strawberry and red cherry aromas; soft fruit, open palate with light soft tannin and elegant balance of acidity. Delicious wine to drink throughout the year. (A) 12.5% vol 18 Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Colombo & Fille, 2013/14, Rhône, France A bright and seductively fruity wine packed with red fruit characters, well-rounded tannins and balanced acidity. (C) 13.5% vol 19 Carmenère, Secret, Viu Manent, 2013/14, Colchagua Valley, Chile An intense, deep violet colour with complex notes of black pepper and spices. The fresh, elegant palate suggests red and black fruits with a long finish. (C) 14.5% vol 20 Ermita de San Felices Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Santalba, 2010/11, Rioja, Spain This is a very smart, modern Rioja, packed with smoky, spicy fruit and enveloped by a neatly integrated silky oak overcoat. It has fine concentration and power to stand up to more intense dishes. A real over-performer in its class. (C) 13.5% vol 21 Pinot Noir, Devil s Corner, Tamar Ridge, 2013/14, Tasmania, Australia Full of cinnamon spice and cherry fruit with attractive burnt-toffee notes. It is silky smooth with elegant tannins to bring out the berry fruits. One of the neatest and most elegant Pinots we have found Down Under for years. (B) 14% vol 22 Merlot-Cabernet-Malbec, Esk Valley, 2011/12, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand Full dark red. Soft Merlot, firm Cabernet and ripe, dark Malbec come together perfectly in this smooth integrated blend. (D) 13% vol 23 Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Auguste Bessac, 2011/12, Rhône, France Châteauneuf has achieved world-favouritism by being as equally spicy and well-flavoured for informal summer eating, as richly warming in winter. This is a charming, easy-drinking style. (C) 14.5% vol

5 White Wines Bottle 24 Ermita de San Felices Rioja Blanco, Bodegas Santalba, 2013/14, Rioja, Spain A very fruity aroma with sweet overtones resulting from good quality Viura grapes. Well structured, good acidity and a long finish. This wine is highly recommended with seafood. (2) 13% vol 25 Chenin Blanc, Signal Cannon, Vondeling, 2014/15, Paarl, South Africa A strikingly complex nose of stewed pears, ripe melon, golden delicious apples and a hint of jasmine. The wine has a firm, well-structured palate with supreme balance and a long rounded finish. (2) 12% vol 26 Verdejo, Guerilla, 2012/13, Rioja, Spain A high intensity wine on the nose with herbaceous and citric fruit aromas. Subtle white flowers on the smooth and rounded palate leave a fresh finish with a hint of acidity. (2) 12% vol 27 Riesling, The Naked Grape, 2013/14, Pfalz, Germany It is a medium style wine with lovely peachy flavours and a hint of apricot. Showing the purity of Riesling this harmonious wine is worth discovering and enjoying with seafood and shellfish or as an aperitif. (3) 11% vol 28 Gavi La Battistina, Araldica, 2014/15, Piemonte, Italy Brilliantly bright and fresh with charming poached pear and peach fruit flavours. Zesty acidity with a hint of minerality on the finish. (2) 11.5% vol 29 Côte du Rhône Blanc, Colombo & Fille, 2013/14, Rhône, France Intense floral aromas and crisp, fresh citrus characters. Lively and vibrant. (1) 13% vol 30 Albariño, Guerilla, 2012/13, Spain White fruit aromas reminiscent of melon and pear on the nose precede an explosive palate with well-balanced acidity. (2) 12.5% vol 31 Mâcon-Lugny Les Genièvres, Louis Latour, /14, Mâconnais, Burgundy, France Bright favourite from the Latour stable, with fresh grassy notes, plenty of tropical fruit and a firm roundness. Good ripe Chardonnay, with a touch of age, from one of Burgundy s most durable producers. (2) 13% vol 32 Gewürztraminer, Spy Valley, 2013/14, Marlborough, New Zealand A brilliant modern Gewürz from the genius of Ant MacKenzie. Wonderfully intense aromas of roses and lychees burst from the glass and follow through with a honeyed richness and concentrated power that delivers turkish delight long after it is swallowed. (3) 14% vol 33 Sancerre, Domaine Neveu, 2013/14, Loire, France A classic wine from the historical home of Sauvignon. Not only does it have an elegant gunflint minerality, but the grassy, gooseberry fruit carries through the citrus richness. (1) 12.5% vol 34 Chablis, Jean Deligny, 2013/14, Burgundy, France A rich and complex wine with a wonderful, fat structure in the mouth and the charming typical Chardonnay aromas of butter or brioche. Harmonious, fine and elegant with an excellent aromatic linger. (1) 12.5% vol

Rich in the mouth with honey and citrus fruit notes on the finish.
