Chianti Classico Riserva 2011, Castelli del Grevepesa Stylish with a plenty of flavour on the palate & long finish. Barolo 2007, Bel Colle Full bodied with balance and elegance. Dry & structured with good fruit. Definitely one to have with food bags of flavour.

Zapallar Merlot 2015, Colchagua, Chile Mid weight, elegant and aromatic: almost nettle. Viu Manent Malbec Reserva 2013, Colchagua Valley Densely coloured with intense fruit on the palate and mouthfilling. Viu Manent Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserve 2011, Colchagua Valley Gold Medal Winner pronounced Cabernet taste; loads of fine fruit, rich, soft & harmonious. Zapallar Viña Apaltagua Pinot Noir 2014, San Antonio Light bodied, cherries and raspberries, well combined with soft notes of oak.

No.6 Amontillado Robust, full-bodied and medium dry. Anniversario Solera Oloroso Superb quality; full, dark and concentrated. Spends a long time in cask. MADEIRA (Island bottled) No.22, full dry 5 year old (Sercial style), H&H (50cl) Pale, dry and tangy with an aromatic bouquet. No.21 Fine Bual (medium), H&H (50cl) Medium, full-bodied, dark.
