1 Grazie At both Grazie Ristoranti you will find small production hand-crafted wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our signature dishes. This wine list has been put together with great care with the mission to provide our guests at Grazie with the finest selection of Italian wines. Every other year, for the last 26 years, we have taken most of the Grazie Ristoranti family to Italia to immerse them in the culture of Italian wine and food. We have had the opportunity to meet and spend time with wonderful winemaking families. Almost all of the wines selected on our wine list are here because of the direct relationships we have established with the wineries. We will be happy to share with you insight into the production of these wines,. So please feel free to ask us to share a story or two about the people, their beautiful vineyards and, of course, their remarkable wines. Cleto Chiarli Brut Rosé (Emilia-Romagna) Pinot Noir and Grasparossa grapes make this seductive, fragrant Rosé that shows lively flavors of strawberries and raspberries. Barone Pizzini Animante Franciacorta Brut DOCG NV (Lombardia) Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco are hand crafted in the same way as Champagne to produce Italy s most prestigious bottling of bubbles, Franciacorta. This bottling is aged months on it s lees in bottle before being disgorged. Tramin Stoan Alto-Adige DOC (Alto-Adige) The name of this exotic blend (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer) refers to the stony soil in which the grapes are grown, in local dialect is referred to as "stoan. Alois Lageder Pinot Grigio Alto-Adige DOC (Alto-Adige) Pinot Grigio grown at high elevation in the hills of Alto Adige near Bolzano make wines that are aromatic, soft, creamy with a long fresh finish. Tiefenbrunner Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT (Trentino-Alto-Adige) Aromas of citrus, white flowers, pears, apples, and meadow grass. Up-front citrus flavors give way to stony minerality and a crisp finish. Grown near the southern border of Piedmont near the Province of Liguria for over 200 years. Marchesi di Gresy Sauvignon Bianco Langhe DOC (Piemonte) Intense aromas reminiscent of vegetables, finely cut grass and tomato leaves along with fruity aromas of grapefruit and peach. carry onto the palate of this persistent, refreshing and harmonious Sauvignon Blanc / Suavia Monte Carbonare Soave Classico DOC (Veneto) The Tessari family describes this wine as earth in a glass a pure expression of their volcanic terroir. Suavia Massifitti Bianco Veronese IGT (Veneto) Clear and brilliant in appearance, Displays intense aromas of stone fruit, white flower blossom, and mineral. On the palate the texture is creamy and the wine showcases defined minerality and vibrant acidity. All of these characteristics culminate in a long and focused finish. Inama Vin Soave Soave Classico DOC (Veneto) 100% Garganega grape from the Basaltic lava soils around the town of Soave. Chamomile, sweet flowers on the nose with flavors of sweet almonds on the palate. Zenato Lugana di San Benedetto DOC (Veneto) It was in 1960 that the young Sergio Zenato saw the enormous potential of the native vine Trebbiano di Lugana. Grown near the shores of Lake Garda, it offers appealing notes of peaches, citrus, bananas and herbs. Crisp acidity and supple body

This is classic Pinot Noir. Ceretto Monsordo Rosso Langhe DOC (Piemonte) Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Deep ruby in color with aromas of dark berry fruits, plums and undertones of sweet spices and vanilla makes for a rich, full-bodied wine. Giuseppe Cortese Rabajà Barbaresco DOCG (Piemonte) Unfiltered to preserve its richness, with concentrated aromas of raspberries, roses, violets, leather and spice. Full-bodied and a lingering finish. Giuseppe Cortese Nebbiolo Langhe DOC (Piemonte) Aged for one year in new to nine-year-old barrels. Intense, yet delicate, fresh and pleasant with subtle aromas of small berries. Marchesi di Gresy 'Martinenga' Barbaresco DOCG (Piemonte) Made with 100% Rose clone of the Nebbiolo grape and aged in oak for 2 years. This Barbaresco is a great combination of complexity, elegance and full flavors.. Ceretto Barolo DOCG (Piemonte) The Ceretto brothers have selected vineyards in the most historically important areas for the production of great wines. Aromas of roses, tart cherries and hints of truffle. A true classic. Vietti Castiglione Barolo DOCG (Piemonte) The King of wines the wine of kings! Spices, red cherries, and wild flower flavors all meld together to make this elegant, intense, full body Barolo! Vietti Tre Vigne Barbera d Asti DOCG (Piemonte) Barbera grapes sourced from three different vineyards in the beautiful Asti area of Piemonte. Red cherry flavors are prevalent with hints of mineral and vanilla; medium body. Castello di Neive Santo Stefano Barbera d Alba DOC (Piemonte) The Barbera grapes for this wine come from the famed Santo Stefano vineyard which initially caused critics to believe Italo Stupino was crazy as this vineyard is typically reserved for the hallowed Nebbiolo. Giuseppe Cortese Dolcetto d Alba DOC (Piemonte) This wine is made from 100% Dolcetto from year old vines in the Trifolera zone, which is named after the prized white truffles that can be found in the area. Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG (Veneto) Made from grapes that have been dried for up to 5 months, this is a big rich wine that is unique to this region of the world. Intoxicating aromas of dried black cherries, cassis, truffles, and chocolate, with a silky, luscious, and complex lingering finish. Zenato Ripassa Valpolicella Superiore DOC (Veneto) This wine is a blend of local varieties of Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta. This wine is made in a very unique method involving a double fermentation to intensify the wine. Sometimes referred to as a Baby Amarone. This wine has been on Grazie s list for more than 20 years. Secondo Marco Valpolicella Classico Ripasso DOC (Veneto) This Ripasso is a medium-bodied wine with plenty of ripe and dried, red-fruit flavors accented by spice and floral notes. The wine is rich and textural on the palate.. Sansonina Merlot Veronese IGT (Veneto) Rich aromatics of crushed black cherries, cocoa, dried herbs, and a touch of balsam. Broad, velvety, and mouth-filling on the palate. Maculan Palazzotto Cabernet Sauvignon Breganze DOC (Veneto) From 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in French barriques for one year. The wine has notes of dark berries, anise, black pepper and just a touch of Mediterranean herbs. Zenato Cormí Merlot Corvina delle Venezie IGT (Veneto) Cormi which means my heart, is full-bodied with fresh acidity and sweet tannins. Zenato Valpolicella Superiore DOC (Veneto) Offers fleshy aromas of wild berries, black currants, black cherries, and spices, with hints of chocolate. Chianti Classico Riserva RUFINA Rufina is perhaps the best known of the seven subzones with a continental climate and high altitude. Rufina wines are well-structured and, at their best, rival the top wines from Chianti s Classico zone. Fattoria Selvapiana Chianti Rufina DOCG (Toscana) Delicate aromas of subtle herbs and oak. The palate is elegant and fresh with flavors of red berries, licorice and plum to finish. Balanced, ripe, smooth tannins. 35 GREVE IN CHIANTI Expressive red berried fruit known for its elegance, perfume and finesse. Poggio Scalette Chianti Classico DOCG (Toscana) Bright ruby red in color, a lively bouquet of red fruits and blackberries complement undertones of ripe cherries and pomegranate seeds. Castello di Bossi Berardo Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG (Toscana) With a history dating back to the 9th century AD, the Castello di Bossi estate has evolved with the times. While remaining true to the terroir of Chianti. This Riserva has a luminous ruby red color, appealing aromas of dark cherries, plums, vanilla and hints of dark chocolate. Full bodied but smooth with an almost creamy mouthfeel. Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico DOCG (Toscana) A true Chianti Classico from the south close to Siena. This Chianti Classico offers aromas of ripe cherries and red plums, with subtle notes of toasted vanilla beans and purple flowers. 19/ Brunello di Montalcino Altesino Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (Toscana) Brunello is considered among Italy s top-quality wines. Made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso from estate owned vineyards. It is rich, full bodied and velvety. Truly one of the top three or four wines of Italy. Period! San Polo Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (Toscana) San Polo Brunello offers classic aromas of violets, small red berries, and more subtle notes of coffee and tobacco. It is warm and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe, firm tannins balanced by a lively acidity, and the flavors unfold into a long, well-rounded finish. 50/99 109

5 Central Italy Vini Rossi San Polo Rosso di Montalcino DOC (Toscana) The grapes for this Rosso di Montalcino are obtained from the same noble parcels as those used for Brunello, but the requirements for aging and maximum yields are less stringent. Rosso di Montalcino wine is more immediately accessible in its youth. Valdipiatta Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (Toscana) Located near the hillside town of Montepulciano near the city of Siena, this stunning wine is deep ruby red with intense aromas of dark berries, black cherries, spice, and tobacco. Aged in French and Slavonian oak barrels for 18 months Poliziano Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (Toscana) A blend of Sangiovese with approximately 1/5 Merlot. This full-bodied red is supple and fruity, showcasing the rich and vibrant Sangiovese fruit that didn t quite make it into the bottling of Vino Nobile. Fattoria Le Pupille Morellino di Scansano DOCG (Toscana) The local name for the Sangiovese grape, the word Morellino is believed to take its name from the color of the Maremma horse known as morello, (brown) that were once used to pull carriages in the Scansano area. Blended with Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, and Alicante. Tua Rita Rosso dei Notri Toscana IGT (Toscana) This winery is located in Suvereto, a small medieval town in the province of Livorno, on the Tuscan coast. A blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has aromas of black fruits, plums, and notes of cocoa, and sweet spice. The wine is smooth, with silky tannins. Castellare I Sodi di San Niccolò Toscana IGT (Toscana) A blend of 85% Sangioveto, 15% Malvasia Nera created in the early 1980s to demonstrate that native grapes could produce a wine with all the power and grace of a Super Tuscan. Full-bodied, with firm yet fine grained tannins. A rich and elegant wine that offers aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries, and currants which are complemented by notes of vanilla, leather, and cedar. Altesino Rosso Toscana IGT (Toscana) Made from a blend of 80% Sangiovese and a 20% blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has aromas of ripe berries and forest floor fruits. Excellent body and balanced structure. Fattoria Selvapiana Fornace Toscana IGT (Toscana) Handpicked Cabernet, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are blended together and aged in oak for two years. The flavors of ripe cherries and leather are most prominent in this full-bodied wine. Tenimenti d Alessandro Borgo Syrah Cortona DOC (Toscana) This winery is the pioneering winery for Rhone-style wines in Cortona. This deeply colored red wine has aromas of blackberries, aniseed, and balsam. On the palate, the wine is juicy with supple tannins and a lingering spicy finish. Castellucio Le More Sangiovese di Romagna DOC (Emilia-Romagna) Owned by the renowned oenologist Vittorio Fiore, located in a part of Emilia Romagna that was once part of Tuscany, this wine Le More refers to the blackberry character of this deep and lively Sangiovese di Romagna. Valle Reale Vigneto di Popoli Montepulciano d Abruzzo DOC (Abruzzo) This estate is very unique in that it is inside The Gran Sasso National Park of Italy. Therefore they are obligated to practice Organic farming in which they have become USDA Certified Organic farmers. This wine has silky tannins and layers of dark berry fruit and spices. Full-bodied and firm yet supple. Di Majo Norante Ramitello Biferno Rosso DOC (Molise) This wine is made from a selection of the best Montepulciano and Aglianico grapes grown in the Ramitello vineyard in the region of Molise on the Adriatic side of Italy. Rich and velvety with a long and lasting intriguing finish. Lungarotti 'Rubesco' Rosso Torgiano DOC (Umbria) Crushed raspberry and violet flavors are layered with notes of spice and orange zest and light, sculpted tannins in this balanced, medium-bodied red. Sangiovese with Colorino. Lungarotti Sagrantino Montefalco DOCG, (Umbria) Sagrantino is an indigenous variety of Umbria. This wine displays ample red fruit with elegant notes of cocoa and sweet spices. It is a powerful and dense wine with a long finish

Fresh and fruity on the palate, with lively acidity. Librandi Efeso Mantonico Val di Neto IGT (Calabria) 100% Mantonico, Bianco, indigenous grape of Calabria, cultivated for centuries before almost disappearing completely. Comparable to Chardonnay with lots of character and complexity. Tasca d'almerita 'Cavallo delle Fate' Grillo DOC (Sicilia) Bright fruit aromas from crisp citrus to white peach, tangy apricots, and exotic tropical fruit like pineapple. An elegant backbone of minerality, leads into a balanced finish. Tenuta Capofaro Didyme Malvasia di Salina IGT (Sicilia) Malvasia grape from the volcanic island of Salina off the coast of Sicily. This is a dry wine with subtle aromatics and floral herbs Vini Rossi Argiolas Costera Cannonau di Sardegna DOC (Sardegna) Made from Cannonau (Garnacha or Grenache). The warmth and intense sunlight of southern Sardinia can be seen and felt in the wine with deep color and fullness on the palate. Mastroberardino Mastro Aglianico IGT (Campania) A delicious wine with fruitful aromas of strawberry, cherry and blackberries. On the palate, the wine has a soft, texture and medium body with flavors of strawberry and cherry. Bisceglia Terre di Vulcano Aglianico del Vulture DOC (Basilicata) From vineyards in the shadow of Mount Vulture. Made from 100% Aglianico, this wine is refined in stainless steel to retain the freshness and character of this indigenous variety. Li Veli Susumaniello Salento IGT (Puglia) Susumaniello is an ancient Greek grape that grows only in the Puglia region in southern Italy. On the mouth, it tastes soft with a good fatness, very elegant and well balanced. Leone de Castris Salice Salentino Rosso Riserva DOC (Puglia) This full-boded southern red delivers rich black cherry and baked fruit with notes of vanilla, spice and anise with suppleness and velvety tannins. Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Botromagno Primitivo IGP (Puglia) The Primitivo grape is the original Zinfandel. Full bodied, smooth and velvety with balanced acidity and a long pleasant finish. Botromagno Pier delle Vigne Murgia Rosso IGP (Puglia) This blend successfully marries the structure and aging potential of Aglianico with the softness and fruitiness of Montepulciano. This hearty red wine has perfect balance between fruit and oak.. Librandi Duca San Felice Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva DOC (Calabria) Made from 100% Gaglioppo that is thought to have been introduced from Greece to southern Italy, this wine has aromas of figs, sour cherries with hints of chocolate, and a long spicy finish. Librandi Gravello Val di Neto Rosso IGT (Calabria) A blend of Gaglioppo 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon 40% could be called a Super Calabrian wine. Rich notes of ripe berries, coffee, and cassis, velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Tasca d Almerita Lamuri Nero d Avola Sicilia DOC (Sicilia) Lamuri, or love in Sicilian dialect, is made from Nero d Avola grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French barriques for one year to add extra finesse. A supple and rich red. Tenuta di Fessina Erse Etna Rosso DOC (Sicilia) Erse is made from a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grown in the ancient volcanic soils on the hillsides of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. This is S. Italy s offering for the Tascante Ghiaia Nera Sicilia DOC (Sicilia) Nerello Mascalese grape grown on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. It shows the great characteristics of the grape, soft tannins, Good drinkability, freshness and elegance.

The kiwi, green apple and tropical flavors evolve into a hint of minerality that adds complexity to the finish.. Macrostie Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast (California) 22/44 A beautifully fragrant nose of pineapple, mango and guava. On the palate, the tropical fruit elements mingle with lively citrus layers as well as hints of spice from aging in French oak. Sparkman Lumiere Chardonnay, Columbia Valley (Washington) With a nose packed with passionfruit, nectarine and honeysuckle balanced against rich flavors of lemon, fig, hazelnut and piecrust,, it retains it s elegance with it s trademark minerality.. It is a wonderfully, deep, dark wine with rich, dark fruit and savory notes.. Kindred (by Sparkman Cellars) Bordeaux Blend, Columbia Valley (Washington) 36 An avalanche of blackberry, boysenberry and dark chocolate with exceptional drive and focus. With a fine graphite spine driving through the cedary floral finish. Supple, richly textured but still light on its feet. A blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. JM Cellars Margaret s Vineyard Estate Red, Walla Walla (Washington) 61 This Bordeaux varietal red blend is hand-crafted from vineyard to cellar. It expresses dark berry fruits with lovely aromatics, a sensuous texture, favorable bead of acidity and lengthy finish. Layers of complexity keep you wanting for more.

8 Italy Vini Dolci Bera Brachetto DOC 375 ml (Piemonte) Brachetto has been cultivated in Piedmont since Roman times. Slightly Frizzante this wine shows typical Brachetto aromas of roses, sweet plums, and red cherries. It is the light red equivalent of Moscato d Asti. Ceretto Moscato d Asti DOCG 375 ml/750 ml (Piemonte) This Moscato d Asti gets its characteristic effervescence through a second fermentation in tank, it is stopped when the wine reaches 5% alcohol. Aromas of sweet melons, orange blossoms and honeysuckle. Maculan Dindarello Moscato IGT 375 ml (Veneto) Made from 100% Moscato Fior d Arancio grapes, which translates as Orange Blossom. The grapes are dried for one month after harvest to concentrate the sugars and flavors in the berries. The result is Librandi Le Passule Vino Passito IGT 500 ml (Calabria) Le Passule, which means raisins in the local dialect. Made from Mantonico Bianco grapes that are dried for 15 days until they become raisins, achieve intense concentrated dried fruit flavors of apricots, figs, and orange peel.
