1 RULING Vinalies Internationales 2019 ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE The Vinalies Internationales competition is organized by EURL Œnologues de France, rue de Croulebarbe PARIS (France). It is open to wines with or without a geographical indicator from all countries and all wine regions. It is intended to highlight the intrinsic qualities of wines and distinguish those that have attained an optimal level of tasteful expression. The Vinalies Internationales is organized following the rules listed below. These rules can be viewed by anyone interested at ARTICLE 2: ASSIGNEE The followings are the only one eligible to compete, from any of the producing countries of the world: wine growers wine co-operatives unions of cooperative wineries, producer groups, grower trades; producer trade. ARTICLE 3: ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS The condition for admission to the Vinalies Internationales are the following: - packaged wines from a homogeneous batch intended for consumption and sent with their final marketing packaging (label in accordance with the current national regulations). - wines packaged including the (Bag-in-Box type). - wine in bulk a) This competition is open to all wines that meet the definition of the International Code of Œnological Practices established by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine. All these products must be identified with the country of origin where the grapes were harvested and vinified. (b) For wines produced in France, only wines with a protected designation of origin or a protected geographical indication, including the statement of entitlement provided for in Articles D and D of the Rural Code and Maritime fisheries has been carried out, can compete. If they do not benefit from a geographical indication and if they are presented with an indication of vintage or varietal, only those whose vintage or grape variety has been certified in accordance with the provisions of Article R of the Rural Code and Maritime Fisheries may compete. (c) The competing wine must come from a homogeneous lot intended for consumption and be available in a quantity of at least 1,000 L. A lower volume, but nevertheless greater than 100 L, may be admitted when production is particularly low.. (d) The origin or provenance must be mentioned on these bottles. The commercial labels must comply with the following requirements: - the regulations in effect in France for French wines. - to the community regulations for the Member States of the European Union. - the regulations in effect in the country of manufacture and the import provisions for third countries. 2 ARTICLE 4: SAMPLES Each sample is presented as follows: 6 bottles of 0.50 L to 1 L per sample. The bottles will be labelled and packaged as for commercial distribution. - Each sample must reach the place indicated before the date mentioned on the registration form. - The shipment is made at the expense of the competitors and at their own risk. The EURL Œnologues de France receives the samples, the registration fees and eliminates those that do not comply with the regulations. The EURL Œnologues de France ensure that samples are acceptable by checking the concordance of the information provided (name, vintage, colour, year, lot number) on the bottles sampled and the information transmitted during the registration (name, vintage, colour, year, lot number and the analysis report). For bulk wines, the sample bottles must include the batch number or the number of the tank from which they come and the date of sampling. The rewards will be attributed specifically to the tank or lot presented. Noncompliant samples will not be returned, the samples will remain the property of EURL Œnologues de France. Any samples sent postage due will be refused. The presentation and tasting will be undertaken entirely by the EURL Œnologues de France. The EURL Œnologues de France has the sole authority to settle any disputes. ARTICLE 5: REGISTRATION - APPLICATION FORMS AND PAYMENT The documents for application include: *The registration form (one per sample - make photocopies if necessary); *The analysis report for at least one month for each sample presented, including the following indications, apart from the elements that help to identify it (mandatory batch number or tank number): - alcoholic strength acquired at 20 C in % vol, - potential alcoholic strength at 20 C in % vol, - sugars (glucose + fructose) in g/l, - total acidity, in meq/l, - volatile acidity in meq/l, - total sulphur dioxide in mg/l, - * overpressure in bars for effervescent and sparkling wines. A label per sample (corresponding to the year presented), payment of the registration fee (one payment per company name, even for several samples). For French wines, the output statements (for AOP and PGI) or the certification request (for wines not given a geographical indication and presented with an indication of vintage or varietal) or the harvest declaration. - The registration fees per sample submitted are indicated on the registration form. Bank charges are not covered by the EURL Œnologues de France. Under no circumstances will a payment be reimbursed, regardless of the reasons for the registration cancellation. Ruling VI / 5

3 Payment method (proof to be attached to the registration form and the payment slip): by banker's cheque payable to EURL Œnologues de France. by bank transfer (attach a copy of the transfer to the registration). by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard). Any incomplete registration will be rejected. ARTICLE 6: ORGANIZATION CONDITIONS OF THE TASTING The wines will be tasted according to their category (colour and type of wine), the samples being placed beforehand in an identical packaging concealing their form and guaranteeing their anonymity. If for certain categories, the minimum number of competitors per category (3) is not reached, the EURL Œnologues de France reserve the right to group together several categories of wines characterized by common identifying elements. The evaluation of the wines will be described and will include comments on: - visual aspect, - the nose, - the impression on the palate, - the overall impression - how typical is the product. The EURL Œnologues de France appoints judges from a pre-established list of tasters. The jury will mainly consist of French and foreign œnologists. The presidency belongs to a French œnologist, member of the Union of Œnologues de France. Non-œnologist judges are selected from recognized experts in tasting for their skills, from a wide range of backgrounds such as production, marketing, consumption, communication, etc. The total number of international judges is fixed according to the number of samples presented. Each jury comprises of at least 5 judges, two-thirds of whom are qualified tasters: 3 foreign judges and 2 French judges, including at least one œnologist. The EURL Œnologues de France take appropriate measures to prevent an entrant who is also a jury member from judging his own wines. The EURL Œnologues de France collect an honour statement from the jury members mentioning their direct or indirect connection with the wines presented in the competition. For each jury, the EURL Œnologues de France appoint the president who manages the tasting, ensures the general functioning of the jury and summarizes the tasting notes. The EURL Œnologues de France ensure the smooth running of the Vinalies Internationales and appoints an independent general commissioner who does not take part in the competition. The latter is responsible for checking compliance with the regulations, preparing samples, organizing and carrying out the tasting and its judging, using the appropriate form, the control, the operation and the publishing of the results. 4 ARTICLE 7: AWARDS The level of rewards used is a system of appreciation allowing the ranking of the wines in the competition according to their intrinsic qualities. The EURL Œnologues de France define the rewards which are: - the Vinalies Internationales Gold - the Vinalies Internationales Silver. These rewards, limited to 30% per category and for the whole contest following the rules of the OIV, will be awarded according to the judges' evaluation of wines that have reached a high level of quality deserving of these distinctions. No distinction can be made if fewer than three different competitors compete in the same category (colour and type of wine). The wines with the highest scores may be rewarded with special prizes (trophies). Unlike prizewinning wines, specific awards will not be included on the label. Such wines will be subject to a specific communication (specific diploma, press, Internet, specialized sites, etc.). The results will be announced as soon as the list is available. Each participant will be notified later by mail. The EURL Œnologues de France award the winners a diploma and a document specifying the name of the competition, the nature of the distinction awarded, the identity of the wine, the category in which it has competed, the declared volume and the name and address of the holder. Some medallions representative of the awarded distinctions can be applied to the bottles and will be available from the EURL Œnologues de France for the awarded wines according to the volume of wine declared on the registration form. Any other mention of the reward obtained is forbidden. The regulations for the purchase and use of medallions can be accessed on the website and will be sent to each winning producer. The EURL Œnologues de France reserve the exclusive right to control the commercial use of awards. Unauthorized use, reproduction of the logo and details are strictly prohibited. The results of the competition will be published as widely as possible in the form of achievements on the website and on the mobile application Selection Vins Œnologues de France on the day after the contest and by any other means deemed useful (television, radio, newspapers, gastronomic press), social networks, etc.). (television, radio, niche newspapers, culinary periodicals, social networks, etc.). ARTICLE 8: CONTROLS The EURL Œnologues de France is the only authority to settle any disputes. The EURL Œnologues de France reserve the right to cancel any incomplete or erroneous registration and to eliminate any sample that does not comply with the regulations. The EURL Œnologues de France inform the Regional Department of Enterprise, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment in which the contest will take place and the date, two months before the tasting, enclosing the rules. 5 The Commissioner General shall send to DIRECCTE (Regional Department of Enterprise, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment) within two months after the competition a signed record attesting that the competition was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and specifying all of the following: - the number of wines entered in the competition, overall and by category; - the number of award-winning wines, overall and per category; - the list of award-winning wines, and, for each one, the details identifying the wine and its owner; - the percentage of competing wines that won awards; - the number of distinctions awarded, and their breakdown by type. The organizers reserve the right to have an analysis of prizewinning samples performed by an approved œnological analysis laboratory, and to do what is deemed necessary. The Contest Holder and the Contest Organizer will keep for one year from the date of the Contest a sample of each prizewinning wine and, for five years, its registration form and test report. These samples, their registration form and their analysis report will be kept at the disposal of the control services. The EURL Œnologues de France reserve the exclusive right to control the commercial use of awards. ARTICLE 9: FORCE MAJEURE AND MODIFICATIONS If the event that a situation beyond the control of the EURL Œnologues de France was to prevent the smooth running of the competition, the EURL Œnologues de France could in no way be held responsible. The EURL Œnologues de France reserve the right to cancel the contest, to modify the date initially stated, to shorten it, to extend it, to modify the conditions or the procedure in case of force majeure (epidemic, fire, natural disaster, strike, terrorist act, etc.), event independent of its responsibility or justified need. Hence, it shall not be held liable by the participant. The EURL Œnologues de France cannot, moreover, be held responsible in case of theft, loss, delay or damage in the delivery of samples. ARTICLE 10: PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITION It includes the respect and acceptance of this regulation. The entry fee will not be refunded if the samples, registration documents or payment of entry fees arrive after the registration deadline or at an incorrect address. ARTICLE 11: SPECIAL PROVISIONS Official languages: French. These documents are available in French, English, Spanish and German. This regulation can be modified every year, at the latest two months before the contest and before the participants' registration. Ruling VI / 5
