DIRECTIONS & PARKING CREDENTIALS POURING POLICIES CLEAN UP SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPLIES/DÉCOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT IMPORTANT NOTES DIRECTIONS & PARKING All load-in is through the East Hall Access the East Hall from Royal Brougham at the South end of CenturyLink Field Event Center. Drive onto Royal Brougham, but do not go up the ramp. Follow Royal Brougham into the U-turn, then enter through the South roll-up door on your left. MAP with Load-in instructions Load-in on Friday for FREE parking! Must arrive during Friday load-in hours (11am 7pm) to receive a free parking pass. Parking is $15/day (CenturyLink Field Event Center garage or North Parking Lot) for wineries who arrive to load-in on Saturday For up-to-the-minute traffic reports, please visit CREDENTIALS Each winery is allowed three representatives to work their table. All representatives must be 21 years or older. If you need additional staff to work your table, you may purchase up to
2 two additional credentials at a special rate, contact Jayne Cain Credentials MUST be worn at all times Credentials are provided at check-in If you are working both days, it is your responsibility to keep your credential to access the event on Sunday IMPORTANT! If you have representatives who are only working Saturday, they need to leave their credential back at Check-In (East Hall) at the end of Saturday's event. Sunday representatives will pick-up the credential at Check-In (East Hall) on Sunday morning. It is your responsibility to leave the credentials for the Sunday staff. POURING POLICIES Limit of one-ounce pours One-ounce pour stops are provided to all wineries; we request that you use these throughout the event If you suspect a guest is intoxicated, do NOT pour to them. Alert a member of the Alcohol Enforcement team, a Taste Washington Staff Member or a CenturyLink Representative Do not give guests bottles of wine open or unopened. This is strictly against WSLCB rules. CLEAN UP SATURDAY NIGHT After the event ends at 5:30pm on Saturday, Taste Washington Staff will provide the following clean up services: Empty and rinse your dump bucket if provided by Taste Washington Empty trash and dispose of empty wine bottles Empty your ice tub Wineries are responsible for general table clean up. If you have soiled linen, please talk to a Taste Washington Staff Member at the Supply Hut for replacement Put empty wine bottles in a box and set in the aisle Do NOT leave valuables on your table overnight. Put all wine under your table, or check it in at the Wine Cage before you leave. If you have your own dump bucket, ice tub or galvanized tub, it is YOUR responsibility to empty it and put it under the table before you leave on Saturday night.
3 SUPPLIES/DÉCOR Winery Supplies Provided: 6' table draped in black linen ID sign with winery name 3 representative credentials 3 wine glasses for reps *Glasses will be available for pick-up near Check-In Dump bucket Spit cups Water pitcher Gallon water jug Bus tub with ice if you are serving white wine Additional ice is available throughout the event. Each pod will have an ice chest with ice or at the Supply Hut located in the back of the event hall. *Note - Electrical service is not provided to winery tables Décor Wineries may bring table décor that may not exceed the 6' of table space provided Decorations may not exceed 6' in height (from floor) Standard size, free-standing banners (banner bugs) are permitted behind your table and may not exceed 6' in height or 3' in width Décor may not infringe on any of your neighboring wineries or restaurants Electrical service is not provided INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Wineries must provide Visit Seattle with proof of Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) insurance and liquor liability/host liquor liability no later than March 9, Provide the following information to your insurance company to issue the certificate of insurance required for Taste Washington. o Name Additional Insureds: Visit Seattle o Event Information: Taste Washington March 24-25, 2018 at CenturyLink Field Event Center o Certificate Holder: Visit Seattle 701 Pike St., Suite 800, Seattle, WA o (or fax) a copy of your insurance certificate to:

Load-Out Load-out: Sunday, 5:30pm 10pm Do not break down stations until after 5:30pm on Sunday Wineries who break down, or move out before the event ends may be excluded from future Taste Washington events Fire code requires consumers exit before load-out can begin Roll-up doors to the East Hall will not open until consumers have left the building Participants are responsible for removing all equipment or supplies on Sunday, March 25 Return all hand trucks to the East Hall. Do NOT leave hand trucks in the parking garage! Any materials remaining at the end of the event will be disposed of; Taste Washington is not responsible for any personal or company property left behind Your patience is appreciated IMPORTANT NOTES Wineries are organized in alphabetical order (A - Z) Seminars are held at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle on Saturday and Sunday, 10:30am 12pm Taste Washington is a TWO-DAY event. Be prepared to staff your table and pour wine both Saturday and Sunday. Event hours are 1pm 5:30pm both days Attendees had the opportunity to purchase one or two-day Taste Washington tickets
