In every Châteauform, a sometimes age-old secret is passed onto the hosts This is the secret your participants are invited to discover during this challenge! It will be a perfect opportunity for them to get to know each other better, to reinforce their team spirit and to discover the location through play. Participants will be divided into teams and will follow a circuit guided by a road book. The trials to pass are personalized accordingly the profile of your team, and through teamwork the participants will discover the key words fundamental in order to learn the secret of the place or to find the treasure. Which ones will be the fastest to discover the secret of the site so well guarded by the hosts? We will find out together at the prize giving with a drink at the bar or out in the grounds. 3 Sport and sensations Team Challenge Games The group will be divided in different teams. They will have to fulfill a series of physical and creative activities. Trust, communication, strategic thinking and team leadership are the ingredients to successfully fulfill this experience. Rugby Real time sharing and cohesion, Rugby gives your participants the opportunity to enjoy while having fun. This sport, accessible by everybody, will be a great way to strengthen team spirit while remaining playful and friendly. 4 Eco race Teams are provided with an unusual set of equipment including sheets of cardboard, cardboard rolls, a wooden chassis, tape, tiewraps, cutting tools and the all-important blueprints. The challenge will require different skills: to recover the materials and to overcome some tests of ability. Every team will have to use all their competences in order to reach the final objective. What a simple gesture can be considered, "the throwing", it foresees ability, talent, wish and collaboration from everybody. A path of experiences, both individual and in groups, which lead participants to overcome set beliefs, habits, conventions, and behavior which limit professional growth. Through a game-playing and fun methodology the participants are protagonists, authors and directors of their own experiences: they will have to use emotions, creativity and listening to create harmony. The Roman Holi fromy The teams participating in this team building activity act as paparazzi in their Roman Holi fromy. Only the team with the most guts wins the trophee! Ancient Rome Different teams will walk across the monuments, from the churches to the fountains. They will learn the history of the Colosseo, Fori and Pantheon. The drum circle focuses over developing listening and communication skills within the group, thus achieving in a very limited amount of time a sense of being together in the pulse, in a place where everybody can express his potential in a way that is respectful to the space of others and that can be truly inspiring and empowering.
