2 White Wines Steely Dry 1. Les Boules Blanc Vin de Pays d Oc, France Fruity nose of the citrus and passionfruit. Well balanced. 2. Doña Paula, Paula Sauvignon Blanc, Argentina Notes of ripe pears and crystalline fruit with a balanced refreshing finish. 3. Albente Falanghina, Feudi di San Gregorio, Campania, Italy Melon, green apple and summer flowers in a fresh, clean, mineral style. Delicious. 4. Chéreau Carré, Muscadet de Sévre Et Maine, Cuvée Chereau Carre, Loire, France Intense aromas of grapefruit and lime with gooseberry and herbal notes. 5. Picpoul de Pinet, Tournée du Sud, Languedoc Roussillon, France A steely, poised dry white wine with an aura of lemon peel and flora on the nose. Great concentration on the palate, zingy acidity and unusual depth on the finish.

Cantine San Marzano, Sauvignon Malvasia Il Pumo, Apulia, Italy Bursting with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Lively, fresh and mineral in the mouth. 8. Château Lestrille Capmartin, Entre Deux Mers, Bordeaux, France Intense citrus and mineral aromas lead to a lively, clean and zesty palate, very refreshing in style. 9. Sancerre Domaine Gerard Millet, Loire Valley, France Vibrant sauvignon notes of grapefruit and lemon with a good and a clean crisp finish.

Basa Rueda Blanco, Spain Top selling white wine at Spain s 3* Michelin gastrodome el Bulli. 12. Poderi Parpinello, Vermentino di Sardinia Ala Blanco, Italy A wine full of flavour of ripe tropical fruit, lime and pineapple coulis 13. Lismore Estates Vineyards, Age of Grace Viognier, Greyton, South Africa Floral and Fresh, with subtle cream and stone fruit flavours and more acidity than examples from these grapes. 92 points Tim Aitkin MW. 14. Saint Clair Riesling, Marlborough, New Zealand Light bodied floral wine with flavours of ripe lime and grapefruit and a well-balanced sweetness 15. Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand Full, crisp and powerful with intense flavours of passionfruit and blackcurrant.

Swartland Winery, Bush Vines Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa Rich aromas of dried fruit and citrus. A crisp, well balanced and intense wine. 19. Alvarinho Minho, Reguengo de Melcago Portugal Mineral notes with apple, plum and peach. Wonderfully fresh.

Domaine Marc Morey, Chassagne Montrachet l er Cru Les Chenevottes, Burgundy, France 2015 A complex bouquet, wonderful minerality, toasty balanced oak and a long elegant finish.

Zin Heaven, Zinfandel Blush, Apulia, Italy A medium style rosé showing red berry and pink grapefruit aromas, complemented By a fruity and smooth flavour. 26. Château de L Aumerade Rosé Marie Christine AC Côtes de Provence, France Citrus aromas of orange and grapefruit complemented by a fill, fleshy palate. 27. Saint Clair Pinot Gris Rosé, Marlborough, New Zealand Cherry and redcurrant flavours with a round, elegant palate.

Quady, Essensia Orange Muscat Halves, California, USA Luscious sweet oranges and apricots on the palate with bittersweet orange marmalade notes which balance well with the zesty citric acidity. 29. Quady, Elysium Black Muscat Halves, California, USA The vibrant acidity balances beautifully with the sweetness of this wine making it a very refreshing drop. 30. Michele Chiarlo, Nivole Moscato d Asti Halves, Italy Very adaptable wine. Perfect as an aperitif or as a pudding wine.

A must for Malbec lovers. 52. Anniversario Primitivo di Manduria Riserva, San Marzano, Puglia, Italy 2014 Magnum Deep and complex with prunes, cherry jam, spice and tobacco. 53. Chateauneuf du Pape, Cuvee Barberini, Domaine de la Solitude, Rhone, France 2013 Long, fresh, spicy, ripe and sensuous, with depth of flavour on the long finish.

Château Cantenac Brown, 3eme Cru Classe, Margaux, Bordeaux, France 2007 Lovely freshness with ripe black fruit aromas and soft velvety tannins. Classic Margaux.
