1 WINE LIST We are delighted to offer to you our updated wine list for the Autumn/Winter season which we are sure you will find interesting. We have added several new wines to the list including a fantastic Champagne from Veuve Cliquot, perfect for any celebration or special occasion! (If you need an excuse!) We also have a delicious vegan Southern French Viognier available which is soft and rounded with white peach and apricot fruits and just a touch of spice. As the weather turns cooler outside we have some fabulous, warming red wines to complement the season including a nicely full-bodied vegan Nero D avola Vitese from Sicilia, Italy. We also have a rich, balanced Cabernet Sauvignon, Waverley Hills from South Africa. We have also introduced to our list a multi award-winning Port from Barros who just celebrated their 100 th year! This Late Bottled Vintage Port is full of rich dark berries and dried fruits including figs, prunes and raisins. Please refer to our drinking guide below to assist in your choice of wine or please speak to member of the dining room staff. Red Wines: A = Light D = Full bodied White, Rose & Sparkling Wines: 1 = Dry 4 = Sweet Should a particular vintage become exhausted we will endeavour to offer the next best available vintage. Unless specified full bottles are served as 750ml. All wines are available as gifts to take home. Should you have any concerns over allergens or intolerances, please ask before ordering as full information is available.

2 White Wines 1 CHABLIS DOMAINE GRAND ROCHE 2014 Burgundy France Fresh, clean green apple and citrus fruit with balanced acidity and a dry, crisp finish. Packed with classic Chablis flinty mineral notes on the nose and palate. Delicious! 2 GRILLO VITESE Organic - Vegan 2016 Colomba Bianca Sicilia Italy 3.25 Grillo is the flagship of Sicily s indigenous white varieties, with its aromatic and floral nose. Fresh and harmonious, with ripe melon and green apple flavours, a well-structured palate, the Vitese Grillo has a long and elegant finish. 3 MUSCADET SEVRE ET MAINE SELECTION DU GRAND MOULIN 2013 Loire France A delightfully fresh, fruity wine aged Sur Lie to give extra flavours. Great with fish and light dishes and robust enough to enjoy on its own. 4 NORTE CHICO SAUVIGNON BLANC Vallé Central - Chile Fresh and lively with a delightful finish Light tropical fruity aromas should be enjoyed whilst chilled that s you as well as the wine! 5 POUILLY FUMÉ DOMAINE TABORDET LAURIER 2015 Loire Valley France Characteristic flinty notes opening out to show floral and dried fruit scents through to a dry and citrus zesty finish. The must-have wine when you are in need of a little extra pampering. 6 XAREL LO (shah-rhel-loh) ALBET I NOYA - Organic Low sulphur - Vegan 2015 Penedes Spain A new wine to Ragdale and one that might become a firm favourite - if we can pronounce it!! The traditional grape for Cava, it is fresh and zesty and great company wherever you drink it.

3 White Wines 7 NORTE CHICO CHARDONNAY Vallé Central - Chile Full of tangy tropical fruits. A glass or two 3.00 of this won t make you feel guilty or norte! 8 PINOT GRIGIO GIOL Organic - Vegan 2016 Veneto Italy 3.50 Uplifting orchard fruits and harmonious flavours. A bottle will do nicely in the company of a favourite book or friend, you choose. Bellissimo 9 RIESLING LOUIS GUNTRUM 2014 Niersteiner Germany The favoured wine of the 70 s/80 s is now very much back in fashion. Just off-dry, this is a wine you ll be delighted to re-discover and come back for more.. 10 SAUVIGNON BLANC MAKUTU 2015 Marlborough New Zealand Big and powerful classic from the first fully sustainable and carbon neutral winery in New Zealand. One green initiative is to use miniature sheep to graze between the vines reducing mechanical intervention. 11 VIOGNIER TOURNEE DU SUD 2015 Languedoc Rousillon France Sundrenched peach and apricot characters, along with the merest hint of ginger and jasmine. Lively and fresh on the finish. 12 BACCHUS NEW HALL VINEYARDS 2015 Essex UK English wine making at its very best! Lime, apples and nettles on the nose. The palate is alive with lemon and lime acidity and an attractive, flinty minerality.

4 Red Wines 20 PINOT NOIR A Santa Carolina Reserve D.O. Valle De Leyda - Chile 3.75 Elegant, complex and smooth. There are strawberry and redcurrant flavours with firm yet smooth tannins that have a good, long finish from six months ageing in oak barrels. 21 CHATEAU SAINT ROMAINS B Bordeaux - France A classic Claret blended from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with an attractive berried nose and a smooth, soft palate. 22 CH. LA FLEUR DE LISSE B SAINT-EMILION 2011 Bordeaux France Nine hectares of vines are grown on three different terroirs which are vinified separately in order to preserve their distinct characteristics. The style is rounded with a hint of jamminess and with full, but soft tannins. 23 MALBEC B ANDELUNA Mendoza Argentina This wine shows complex aromas of cassis, violets and dark chocolate. On the palate it is firm but silky, with great body and length 24 MERLOT B LOS TRES CURAS 2015 Vallé Central Chile 3.00 Elegant and smooth with aromas of cherry, plum and just a hint of spice. Easy drinking, anytime of day.

5 Red Wines 25 CABERNET SAUVIGNON C WAVERLEY HILLS No added sulphur Organic - Vegan 2015 Tulbagh South Africa Whilst sulphur occurs naturally during fermentation, the absence of added sulphur as a preservative raises the fruity, red berry and flower aromas, enriches and balances the palate. Ideal for those with allergies and asthma. 26 CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE C CHATEAU FORTIA TRADITIONAL RED 2012 Rhone France A distinguished wine with a smoky bouquet, lovely fruit and black liquorice flavours. Perfect with red meat, game dishes and cheeses! 27 CHIANTI DOCG C TENUTA SAN VITO Organic - Vegan 2015 Tuscany Italy Direct from the Tuscan hills, this is a beautifully developed and very enjoyable wine to be savoured with or without food. 28 COTEAUX DU PONT DU GARD C Rhone France This fantastic French red is a mouth watering blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. Intense colour and rich flavours. A big, bold and beautiful wine that we highly recommend. 29 NERO D AVOLA VITESE C Organic - Vegan 2016 Colomba Bianca Sicilia Italy 3.25 A brilliant, deep red Nero d Avola with rich, juicy flavours of ripe plum and black cherries interlaced with subtle violet notes. Concentrated on the palate, the deep fruit flavours are backed by soft, ripe tannins and a spicy character on the finish. 30 SHIRAZ C BERTON VINEYARD THE BLACK SHIRAZ 2015 South East Australia A rich wine bursting with blackberry & plum fruit aromas and toasty, oaky, vanilla notes. 6 Rose Wines 41 ALPILLES ROSE MAS DE LONGCHAMP - Organic - Vegan 2015 Provence France 3.50 The sunshine of southern France lands in Ragdale Delicate, light and fragrant and a real pleasure to drink 42 CHATEAU ST. JACQUES D ALBAS France From a family owned vineyard with an organic 3.20 approach, our Domaine rose is a predominantly Grenache blend, pressed immediately after harvest. 43 PINOT GRIGIO BLUSH SACCHETTO VINI 2016 Veneto Italy 3.50 Pale pink in colour, this is a fresh and fruity off- dry rose with a soft finish. Perfect on its own, as an aperitif or with salads and seafood, the options are endless! 44 PINOT GRIS ROSÉ SAINT CLAIR 2015 Marlborough- New Zealand A fresh and luscious wine with bright sweet strawberries, watermelon and red cherry. Well balanced fresh acidity ensures a round elegant palate and a lingering finish. Dessert Wine/After Dinner 60 CROFT S PINK PORT A wonderfully fresh and vibrant variation of Port, full of (50ml) the rich fruit flavours of traditional Port but with a unique and distinctive appeal. 61 BARROS LBV PORT Douro Valley Portugal (50ml) Lovely balance between power and finesse with a silky texture and beautifully sustained flavours from this fantastic 100 year old estate! 62 CHOCOLATE WINE - RUBIS An indulgent blend of fortified Tempranillo (50ml) (500ml) and premium chocolate flavour. Enjoy at room temperature or chilled over ice. Satisfy your chocolate cravings but be careful one glass is never enough!!! 63 MOSCATO D ASTI DOCG MICHELE CHIARLO NIVOLE (375ml) 2016 Piedmont Italy A gently sparkling dessert wine with intense Peach and tropical fruit flavours, delightfully silky And only 5%ABV!
