3 HUSH HEATH ESTATE Hush Heath Manor is home to the Balfour-Lynn family who produce a number of wines and ciders on the Hush Heath Estate. The 400 acres surrounded in ancient oak woodland is a veritable eden and fitting setting for their wines and vision. The house and gardens are maintained with the same passion and pride as the immaculate vineyards, orchards and Winery. Vineyard tours are available on request open daily from 11am 5pm. Our boutique, state-of-the-art Winery was built in 2010 and allowed us to take full creative control of our wines and ciders. Hush Heath wines shot to fame with the Balfour Brut Rosé 2004 vintage being awarded a gold medal and the first trophy ever awarded to an English wine in the Decanter World Wine Awards It was also awarded a silver medal in the 2008 Effervescent du Monde - an international competition between the best sparkling wines in the world.
