1 Introduction Welcome to the Brasserie wine list. Our ever changing list includes old favorites and up and coming trends. This list shows a small selection of what the Devonshire Cellar has to offer with changing wines on our From the Devonshire Cellar Page so there is always something new to try. 2 Whites by the glass 1. Il Barroccio IGT Bianco Veneto, Italy This lively white wine is refreshing and bursting with flavors of white peaches, pears and almonds. 2. Marques de la Musa Chardonnay Bodegas San Valero, Spain Marqués de la Musa white is a refreshing white displaying light flower blossom and citrus notes coming from the village of Cariñena. 3. Sanziana Pinot Grigio Recas Cramele, Romania Opulent aromas of grapefruit and peach, with fresh flavours of melon, apple and zesty citrus. 4. The Southerly Chardonnay, Australia A New World Chardonnay with Old World restraint and poise, packed with ripe pear, grapefruit, peach and an infusion of kaffir lime. 5. 3 Reds by the glass 50. Il Barroccio IGT Rosso Terre Siciliane This opulent red wine is spicy and juicy, displaying flavours of plums and ripe dark cherries. It bursts with aromas of ripe dark cherries and warm spices, it has grippy, yet smooth tannins. 51. Marques de la Musa, Carinena Bodegas San Valero, Spain Marqués de la Musa Tempranillo Garnacha Cariñena is a fruit-forward and refreshing red coming from Aragón, at the foothills of the Spanish Pyrénées. 52. Sanziana Pinot Noir Recas Cramele, Romania Layers of complex black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon with pretty fruit cake and deep spicy notes. 53. Rosario Cabernet Sauvignon San Pedro, Chile Teaming with ripe red currants and kissed with spice, this juicy red wine is fantastic value for money 54. The Southerly Shiraz, Australia A Shiraz with unmistakable depth, character and freshness. 4 Rosé by the glass 40 Mas Oliveras Rosado Bodegas Roqueta, Spain A fruity, easy drinking Cabernet blend rosé. It has a red fruit nose with hints of wild strawberry. 41. Rose Nelson Estate, South Africa Delicate, pretty rosé from award-winning winemaker, with its delicate red fruit, creamy texture, fine acidity and structure. 42. Source Gabriel, Provence Rose, France A superb rosé, delicate aromas of white blossom, rose petals and strawberry on the nose. Le Colture, Pianer Elegant aromas and flavors of orchard fruit, citrus fruit, almonds and white flowers, with a soft mousse and beautiful complexity of flavor on the palate. The perfect wine for a celebration or just a balmy summer's evening Laurent-Perrier Brut NV, France Mellowness, finesse and freshness combine to achieve a remarkable balance, in a succession of constantly shifting taste sensations and a long, satisfying finish Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut NV, France A favourite of The Devonshire Arms. Subtle, forthright, and very fresh on the nose, Cuvee Rose Laurent-Perrier suggests a basketful of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherries. 125ml Bottle

6 Wines from the Devonshire Cellar A constantly changing selection from the famous Bible of the Devonshire Arms 81. Domaine Talmard, Macon Uzichy, Burgundy France Pale gold with an intense, citrus-infused nose and creamily rich palate, this is still very young yet impressive all the same. 82.Cloudy Bay Te Koko Lychees and almonds with classic gooseberry notes and a hint of wood smoke. A full bodied palate of citrus fruits with the richer flavours of caramel and nougat, leading to a crisp yet spicy finish. 83 Nelsons Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Paarl South Africa This wine is very aromatic with blackcurrant and blackberry on the nose complimented with smoky and cigar box characters. It is a full-bodied wine with elegant supple tannins and long lingering aftertaste with a spicy hint on the palate. 84. Peter Sisseck, Tempranillo, Rich dark fruit, with plum, cherry and spice. It hangs around an age and has a lovely velvety feel. Bring this out and pair it with a Sunday roast, or steak, to enjoy now, just as the nights are starting to close in and you want a lovely warming wine. Bottle

Picpoul de Pinet Domaine de Morin Langaran, Languedoc, France Delicate and refreshing, floral and perfectly balanced with hints of citrus and exotic fruits, this wine is approachable & satisfying. A great accompaniment to oysters. 7. Sauvignon Blanc, Mont de Joie, Loire, France Delicious, zesty Sauvignon from vineyards close to Sancerre, made by the region s star performer, Henry Bourgeois. 8. Bourgogne Blanc Aligote, Olivier Leflaive, Burgundy, France While there is no oak flavour conferred by old barrels, the additional class and textural dimension are clear. An everyday luxury. 9. Petit Chablis, Domaine Millet, Burgundy, France Bone dry and elegant with crisp acidity and subtle citrus aromas - it's a fail-safe favourite for a reason. 10. Sancerre, Domaine Nozay, Loire, France Multi-award winning Sancerre from passionate, winemaking family dedicated solely to the pursuit of making perfect Sauvignon Blanc. 11. Pecorino, Roccastella, Italy An 'occasion' wine with brilliant value for money, its power and complexity have led some Italians to describe wines made from the Pecorino grape as red wine dressed up as white. Perfect partner for white meats. 13. Gavi di Gavi, Fratelli Antonio Raimondo, Italy Here, the Cortese grape flourishes on fossil-rich soils, which are ideal for the production of white grapes. Fratelli Antonio e Raimondo's Gavi di Gavi is pretty and perfumed with notes of orchard fruit. 14. Oak Aged Rioja Blanco, Bodegas Zugober, Spain Stylish white blossom aromatics and concentrated fruit flavours spiked with cinnamon. The palate is creamy and long. 15. Andaina Godello Adegas Galegas, Spain Lively wine made from the upcoming and aromatic Godello grape -indigenous to the region- which displays a slightly weighty texture, refreshing minerality and aromas of wild flowers and chamomile. 16. Beaujolais-Villages La Cave de la Croisee P Ferraud & Fils, France On the palate, it is an elegant wine, with subtle but powerful tannins. Harmonious and sweet, it expresses the richness of the soil. Chianti Classico Terre di Prenzano Vignamaggio, Tuscany, Italy Chianti Classico at its most refined; from picture-perfect estate in the heart of Tuscany, with dried herbs, spice and moreish sour cherry flavours, this wine is concentrated, yet restrained. 63.
