2 ABOUT US Susana Balbo In 1981, Susana got her degree in Winemaking. She graduated with honors and became the first female winemaker in Argentina. With more than 30 years of career experience, Susana got the opportunity to be a consultant for important wineries in different wine regions, all around the world. This opportunity allowed her to became a specialist in spotting trends and new styles of wines. 5 EXPERIENCES The visit at Susana Balbo Wines is a fun and educational experience where we communicate our philosophy as winemakers. Our main goal is that our visitors learn key facts that they can use later in their day to day interaction with wine. During the tour through the vineyards, the winery, the cellar, and finally, the winetasting, we focus on the difference in producing our various styles of wines. We put an emphasis on judgment used in the vineyard treatment. We show different processes in the winery for our lines. And finally, we explain the work with the oak for you to understand their ifferences style and, consequently, price. 7 BLEND-ART EXPERIENCE An experience based on interaction and entertainment. The activity invites you to play around, try and discover the challenge of a wine maker: to create his own work of art by combining different grape varietals. The visitor is welcomed with a glass of wine. Then, the guided tour starts. To make the blend, the participants are presented with 3 bottles of different varietals, along with a descriptor of its characteristics and what they would add to define a style. The visitor has to name his/her creation and give it a brand, while he enjoys a glass of BenMarco Expesivo or Susana Balbo Brioso. MINIMUM OF 2 PERSONS Private tour ACTIVITY LENGTH 1 hr 30 minutes

12 COOKING CLASSES ARGENTINA WITHOUT SECRETS The chef is inspired in Argentina s most risky and traditional fire technics for cooking. The objective is to teach our guest different methods of cooking with fire: grill, wood oven, steal pan, iron cauldron, direct flame and wire. The class also includes the symbolic experience of the Mate, Argentinian traditional infusion, with its respective language and tradition. The class is made in our Osadía Grill. The wines tasted during the class are selected by the visitor, who can choose between Crios, Susana Balbo and BenMarco.

13 ESPACIO CRIOS Espacio Crios offers an innovative experience, both casual and entertaining, to its visitors. It is inspired by the winery s Crios branded wines, a brand developed by Susana and her two children, José and Ana. Here you can enjoy relaxed cocktail hours, creative finger food or a glass of wine. Espacio Crios is a space to share unique and special moments as you take in the dazzling view of the Andes. The menu offers a variety of finger food options at a gourmet level but in a relaxed context. You can also find ice cream made out of wine and refreshing cocktails made with CRIOS. We take pride in the creativity and variety to suit every taste. CRIOS EXPERIENCE We offer a set menu per person that includes a salad, a sandwich, mineral water and an ice cream made of wine, plus a bottle of Crios for every two people.
