Pale lemon in colour, with great citrus fruit and rounded body. Sauvignon Blanc, Le Tuffeau, IGP d'oc, France Le Tuffeau is a super-fresh, zippy Sauvignon with vibrant, ripe citrus-fruit aromas. The grapes are sourced from vineyards near the beautiful town of Carcassonne. Fiano, Lunate, IGT Sicily, Italy Floral with peach fruit a great alternative to Pinot Grigio. Rick Stein's Spanish White, Spain 2015 ViuraVerdejo, Castilla y León After several seafood delights whilst filming in Galicia and drinking a number of Castilla y León from white china cups I had to find a really good one for us. I asked Charlie to find something made from the Verdejo grape, it s a wine to celebrate my Spanish book and TV series. Pinot Grigio 'Villa Fiore', IGT Venezia-Giulia, Italy Many Pinot Grigios that you come across these days are weak and dull with none of the smell and flavour of the grape. This shows exactly how Pinot Grigio should taste, soft but crisp acidity and a faintly spicy element which marks the fruit of this wine. Chardonnay, Xanadu Exmoor Drive, Margaret River, Australia I first heard about Xanadu in Margaret River when one of our chefs went over to run their restaurant and was raving about the wines. This is their Exmoor Drive Chardonnay which is fresh and creamy with not to much oak. Gewurztraminer, Aves del Sur, Valle de Maule, Chile This delightful Gewurztraminer from Chile Is a real winner. With aromas of rose petals and lychees typical to the grape, ideal with our spicier dishes. Picpoul de Pinet 'Préambule', Cave de l Ormarine, Coteaux du Languedoc, France 2015 Since I first discovered Picpoul deep in the Camargue on my T.V barging trip, I ve been a fan of this fresh tasting fish wine from the Languedoc. Viognier, Le Choix de Voltaire, Languedoc, France 2015 This peach scented Viognier is perfectly pitched, soft-ripe & delicious. Sauvignon Blanc, Snapper Rock, Marlborough, New Zealand I find many New Zealand Sauvignons to be almost oppressively fruit laden. Snapper rock though is much subtler & at a recent tasting we liked it best because of its good balance of leafy flavour with a pleasing round finish. Dry Furmint, Château Pajzos, Tokaji, Hungary 2015 The dry version of the world famous Hungarian sweet wine. Energetic and full of exotic fruit. Chablis 'La Pierrelée', La Chablisienne, France 2014 Burgundy (France) was an outstanding vintage in Chablis, with 2015 being below par it's great to be listing a Steely, mineral and textbook citrus fruit. Rick Stein's White Burgundy, Mâcon, France 2014 In 2014 I travelled with the family to Beaune to find the perfect wine to commemorate The Seafood Restaurants fortieth anniversary. This nutty, buttery and complex wine is fleshy and ripe, but with a wonderful citrus freshness and a touch of oak. It s a fresh, thirst-quenching celebration for people who love the world s best chardonnays. Charlie Stein Albariño, Bodegas Viña Nora, Rías Baixas, Spain 2015 Fascinating white wine made from the characterful Albarino grape. We think this is one of the best we have tasted - delicious. Devil's Corner Riesling, Tasmania, Australia, 2015 Bright crisp Riesling with lots of citrus lime, lemon fruit & wet stone minerality. Château de Montifoud XO 7.85

4 Sancerre 'La Mercy-Dieu', Domaine Bailly-Reverdy, Loire, France 2015 I must say this is a serious wine, it s slightly austere and extremely elegant from a famed producer. ROSÉ WINE 175ml 250ml 750ml Meursault, 'Fernand Boyer' Domaine Boyer-Martenot, France 2014 Made the way a Meursault should be, rich, ripe and decadent. RED WINE ml 250ml 750ml Carménère, Luis Felipe Edwards 'Lot 24', Rapel Valley, Chile 2015 A brilliant example of Chile's main red grape variety. Fresh, juicy and ever so smooth. Pure silk in a glass. Merlot, Errázuriz, Aconcagua Valley, Chile A lighter medium weight style of Merlot with lush plummy fruit and rounded tannins. Granfort Rosé de Cinsault, IGP d'oc, France 2015 A light and refreshing style Rose from the South of France. Crisp, clean and bursting with crunchy strawberry and raspberry fruit. Château Bauduc Rosé, Bordeaux France, We made this lighter style of Rosé using Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with minimum skin contact it is crisp, dry and fruity a sort of St Tropez meets Bordeaux - Gavin Quinney of Château Bauduc. Provence Rose, Mado, France This is the sort of rosé that should be drunk all year round dreaming of a beach in the south of France. Rick Stein's Spanish Red, Garnacha, Campo de Borja Spain Rick and his son Charlie worked together to select this wine to match with flavours he encountered on his journey through Spain. A delicious, juicy and ripe Spanish red made from Garnacha. Malbec Reserve, Kaiken, Mendoza, Argentina This vineyard sits at 950ft in Mendoza. Kaiken Reserve is deep violet in colour with rich layers of chocolate and a little spice too - stunning Malbec. Château Maledan, Bordeaux, France This reminds me of an atmospheric bistro called La Tupina in Bordeaux; just exactly the right wine to go with a steak or a plate of cheese. Pinot Noir, James Bryant Hill, California, USA How is it that Californian Pinot is just so pleasurable? I want to use the words opulent, easy and rounded. Rioja Crianza Santiago, Rioja, Spain Classic crianza styled Rioja - everything you d expect and more. Deliciously smoky with warm vanilla tones and soft well rounded tannins. Côtes-du-Rhône, Domaine Lafond Roc Epine, Rhone, France 2014 Thick, dark and full of mature fruit. As the late great Bill Baker our wine advisor for 30 years, might have said 'Proper Cotes du Rhone'. Massaya Classic Red, Cinsault, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon We are much enthused by this Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blend from the Bekaa valley in Lebanon. Elegant is the word, powerful and elegant. Morgon 'Hommage', Château de Durette, Beaujolais, France 2015 Beaujolais had a hard time of it in recent years, but I now believe it s back for good. The flavour always reminds me of Summer pudding and strawberry petit filous. Margaux, Sichel, Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France 2012 This 2012 stands out due to the elegance and richness of this classic Margaux Gevrey-Chambertin, Hervé kerlann, Burgundy, France 2010 A proper Gevrey-Chambertin from a great vintage full of bright red cherry, raspberry and a toned down Burgundian earthiness.
