2 2 WHITE PICPOUL DE PINET 2015 Préambule (France) Since I first discovered Picpoul deep in the Camargue on my T.V barging trip, I ve been a fan of this fresh tasting fish wine from the Languedoc. RICK STEINS WHITE BURGUNDY 2014 Julien Collovray (France) We blend this wine ourselves and this year we were looking for elegance, roundness and a bit of flesh to match a variety of our classic dishes. We absolutely love it and hope you will too. ALBARINO NORA 2015 (Galicia) Fascinating white wine made from the characterful Albarino grape. We think this is one of the best we have tasted - delicious. VIÑA GRAVONIA 2006 Bodegas R. Lopez de Heredia, Rioja (Spain) Lovely old style Rioja, unashamedly touched with oak & full bodied fruit, but with a good acidic edge. MEURSAULT LES CLOUSOTS DOMAINE PATRICK JAVILLIER 2012 Château Génot-Boulanger (France) 750ml 500ml 175ml RED CABRIZ 2014 (Dão, Portugal) We really like this red wine from Cabriz. Made from Touriga-Nacional, Tinta-Roriz and Alfrocherio, it has gorgeously juicy fruit and is very gluggable RIOJA SANTIAGO CRIANZA 2014 (Spain) CHATEAU DE LYNCH BAGES 1996 (Bordeaux, France) Wine by the glass also available in 125ml and 250ml measure

CAMEL VALLEY SPARKLING PINOT NOIR BRUT ROSÉ 2013 Camel Valley Vineyard (Cornwall) (375ml) NYETIMBER Cuvée Brut 2010 (West Chiltington, Sussex) Unquestionably the finest vinous product ever to have come from the UK. 4 4 WHITE WINES ALANDRA BRANCO ALENTEGO 2015 (Portugal) Citrus fruit with a rounded waxy and morerish mouthfeel. This is a fine example of Portuguese white. ÉLEVÉ MARSANNE VIOGNIER 2016 (France) Blended from Marsanne and Viognier in Southern France, this wine is packed full of apricot and peach fruit and a touch of spice on the finish. GARGANEGA TORRE DEL FALASCO 2016 (Italy) The Garganega grape is the main grape behind Soave this is luscious, full and rich on the finish. LE TUFFEAU SAUVIGNON BLANC 2015 (France) Le Tuffeau is a super-fresh, zippy Sauvignon with vibrant, ripe citrus-fruit aromas. The grapes are sourced from the vineyards near the beautiful town of Carcasonne in Southern France. A versatile wine that will match most of the fish dishes. RICK STEIN S SPANISH WHITE 2015(Castilla y León, Spain) After a number of seafood delights while filming in Galicia & drinking cold Castilla y León from white china cups, I had to find a really well made one for us. It's charmingly fresh & fragrant. Made with Viura & Verdejo grapes, it's a wine to celebrate my Spanish book & TV series. PINOT GRIGIO VILLA FIORE 2016 (Venezia Giulia, Italy) Many Pinot Grigios that you come across these days are weak & dull with none of the smell & flavour of the grape. This shows exactly how Pinot Grigio should taste, soft but with crisp acidity & a faintly spicy element which marks the fruit of this wine. XANADU EXMOOR CHARDONNAY 2015 (Margaret River, Australia) I first heard about Xanadu in Margaret River when one of our chefs went over to run their restaurant and was raving about the wines. 5 5 FALSE BAY CHENIN BLANC 2014 (Western Cape, South Africa) The same grape as Vouvray makes wine of lemon skin colour and wonderful lusciousness in False Bay near Cape Town. AVES DEL SUR RESERVA GEWURZTRAMINER 2016 (Chile) This delightful Gewurztraminer from Chile is a real winner. With aromas of rose petals and lychees, typical of the grape. Ideal partner to our fish curries. MUSCADET LA GRAND RÉSERVE 2015 Gadais Père et Fils (Sévre-et-Maine Sur Lie, France) Great to have a proper Muscadet on the list this is a Sur Lie, it reminds me of the early days of the Seafood and trips to Brittany and plats of Fruits de Mer. CAZAS NOVAS 2015 VINHO VERDE (Portugal) Vinho Verde s are getting better and better made using the local grape variety Avesso, very fresh apple and citrus aromas delicate clean and crisp. VIOGNIER LE CHOIX DE VOLTAIRE 2015 (Foncalieu, Pays d Oc, France) This peach scented Viognier is perfectly pitched, soft-ripe & delicious. GROS MANSENG-SAUVIGNON 2015 Alain Brumont (VDP Côtes de Gascogne, France) This blend of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc is ideal summer drinking, the Sauvignon gives it a leafy, citrus nose backed by the Gros Manseng which adds a touch of melon and honey on the finish. SNAPPER ROCK SAUVIGNON BLANC 2016 (Marlborough, New Zealand) I find many New Zealand Sauvignons to be almost oppressively fruit laden. Snapper Rock though is much more subtle & at a recent tasting we liked it best because of its good balance of leafy flavour with a pleasing round finish. CHABLIS JEAN-MARC BROCARD 2015 (France) This is one of the liveliest, freshest wines I ve tasted for a long time Wine by the glass also available in 125ml and 250ml measure

7 7 ROSÉ WINES GRANFORT CINSAULT ROSÉ 2015 (France) A light and refreshing style rosé from the south of France. Crisp clean and bursting with crunchy strawberry and raspberry fruit. ALANDRA ROSÉ ALENTEGO 2015 (Portugal) A full bodied dry rosé with a lovely fragrant lift and broad palate of red currant and strawberry fruit. CHÂTEAU BAUDUC ROSÉ 2016 (France) We made this lighter style of rosé using Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with minimum skin contact it is crisp, dry & fruity a sort of St. Tropez meets Bordeaux says Gavin Quinney of Château Bauduc. 750ml 500ml 175ml SANCERRE ROSÉ 2014 David Sautereau (France) Wine by the glass also available in 125ml and 250ml measure

CORVINA TORRE DEL FALASCO 2015 (Italy) This lush and smooth Italian red always impresses with its bouquet of blackcurrant and bramble aromas and its long velvety finish ERRAZURIZ MERLOT 2014 (Chile) A lighter medium weight style of Merlot with lush plummy fruit and rounded tannins. SON EXCELLENCE SYRAH (France) Rich, smooth and concentrated with mulberries, cassis and red cherries, with soft and silky tannins RICK STEIN'S SPANISH RED 2015 (Castilla La Mancha, Spain) Rick and his son Charlie worked together to select this wine to match with the flavours he encountered on his journey through Spain. A delicious, juicy and ripe Spanish red made from Garnacha. MONBAZILLAC DOMAINE DE GRANGE NEUVE (France) (50cl/100ml) If the grape harvest is particularly good our friend Gavin Quinny makes a Sauternes which is unctuous and fragrant. LUSTAU PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SAN EMILIO (Jerez, Spain) (37.5cl/70ml) Pedro Ximénez is made from grapes dried under the hot Spanish sun, concentrating the sweetness to create a thick, dark wine with intense flavours of raisins and molasses that is then fortified and matured in Solera
