3 TEAM COOKING & WINE TASTING A mix of two fine ateliers that go wonderfully together. Cook with chef Wendorf and learn how to recognize good wines from sommelier Razvan Jurca- his atelier is unique, interactive, cultural and definitely memorable. Ateliers start simultaneously as the 2 groups will rotate to experience both. Cooking & Wine Tasting - Up to 20 participants - Price from 330 Ron/person * Total time: 3 hours (excluding dinner). Menu prepared during Team Cooking atelier will be served for dinner. SOMMELIER RAZVAN JURCA Razvan is an international wine critic and journalist affiliated FIJEV (Fédération Internationale des Journalistes et Ecrivains des Vins), the only Romanian corespondent for Decanter (London), Wine Spectator and member of snooth.com and mustlovewine.com communities. His interaction with our teams have always been majestic and received numerous positive comments. He s been on the other side of the wine, as for 15 years he studied and practiced wine making in France and Italy. That is why, his atelier is a romantic craft mixing real knowledge with strong cultural information. Not a typical tasting, but a journey guided by one true passionate character. 4 WINE GAMES & DINNER This is a special one: using wine in producing unique team entertainment. Guests will be split into teams and go through a series of challenges designed to: develop natural competitiveness enhance team member interaction.! Also fit for absolute beginners; challenge will bring points and prizes (no doubt, lots of laughs too). Spot the Wine Black tasting glassescan you recognize reds from whites? Every team needs to complete a quiz. Aroma Detection Wines and aromas on the table. Discover the aromas in the wine-name them if you can. Extremely funny! Food Pairing Last challenge of the game: pair the correct wine with the food. 5 CHEF WENDORF Daniel comes from Hamburg, Germany were he also studied culinary sciences. With a 12 years background cooking in high level kitchens, his journey included 5 years well spent next to Michelin stared chef Uwe Messner in Elb Lounge Hamburg. He arrived in Bucharest at the calling of restaurant La Mandragora, then joined the 15 Gault Millau points team of Enoteca - Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, St. Moritz. Since 2010 Daniel is managing partner of Société Gourmet company that offers recreational cooking classes and gourmet events. TYPE OF ACTIVITY PRICES AND MENUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please keep in mind the optimum and maximum number of participants recommended for every activity type. Prices shown above represent the entry level for every activity described and includes: ingredients, utensils, basic drinks package (water, tea, coffee, wine pairing), recipe booklets, and aprons for use during the experience. Please keep in mind that booking your event is subject to Kuxa Studio and Société Gourmet s availability. If you are unfamiliar with the concept, or just don t know what would be best for your team, we would be happy to recommend the best solution. Just tell us how many and what is the event about the rest, we will deliver. Eg: We are a group of 20 and want to welcome new colleagues to our team. You will receive a personalized offer, based on number of guests and team goal. Every proposal we send out will include menu options, designed by chef Wendorf upon number of participants and season. Bookings will only be confirmed upon signing a supply of services contract. A 50% advance payment with 48 hours before the event date is required.
