18 Getting to The Pavilion At Mindarie Marina MINDARIE MARINA Mindarie Marina is located on Ocean Falls Boulevard, just 30km from the CBD, with free on site parking. If travelling from Perth Airport, you can expect approximately a 46km drive, depending on the route taken. The nearest freeway exit is the Burns Beach Rd exit (or Hester Ave from early 2017), which connects directly onto Marmion Avenue and is then a short drive to Mindarie Marina. PERTH Swan River Train and bus services are also located nearby, with buses running down Ocean Falls Boulevard and train services arriving at Clarkson Train Station, just 5 mins east of Mindarie. 18
