Teams will be divided into groups of 5 players. Each team will be given a total of 10 minutes to select their items from a full display of salsa ingredients, and an additional 15 minutes to prepare and name their salsa. Teams will be judged by our culinary team or your guest judge(s) if preferred. Our Executive Chef suggests that each salsa be judged on three categories: overall taste, presentation and name. Prizes will be given at the end of the challenge. Invite players to go head-to-head in creating their best frosted treat yet, all within our sweet resort backdrop. Teams will be divided into groups of 5 players. Each team will receive pre-baked cupcakes, along with icing, toppings, aprons, presentation platters, and piping bags. Teams will be given 30 minutes to decorate their cupcakes. Teams will be judged by our culinary team or your guest judge(s) if preferred. Our Executive Chef suggests that each cupcake be judged on two categories: decoration and creativity. Prizes will be given at the end of the challenge. Groups will not only enjoy some friendly competition, but also learn the history, techniques and art of creating unique, infused cocktails. Teams will be divided into groups of 5 players. Each team will be placed at a bar station and receive the following: o Premium liquor mixers o Fresh herbs & fruits o Cocktail shaker, strainer & stirrer o Printed mixology secrets o Ice bucket o Glassware o Towels Teams will have 20 minutes to learn the art of mixology, followed by 40 minutes to create three (3) signature cocktails. Teams will be judged by our culinary team or your guest judge(s) if preferred. Our Executive Chef suggests that each cocktail be judged on two categories: overall taste and presentation. Watch as teams work together to serve up a slice of heaven, all within the privacy of our Le Marché eatery. Teams will be divided into 5-8 players. Each team will be given 30 minutes to select their ingredients and prepare their pizza, followed by an additional 20 minutes to cook the pizza. Teams will be judged by our culinary team or your guest judge(s) if preferred. Our Executive Chef suggests that each pizza be judged on three categories: overall taste, creativity, and name. Prizes will be given at the end of the challenge.
