11 Tassels Catering Service Policy 1. Orders We request that catering orders are placed 24 hours prior to the required delivery time. We understand that you may require catering on the day you order. Our team will endeavour to provide you with the best possible service on these occasions. Specific menu items and desired delivery times cannot be guaranteed with late notice. Please don t hesitate to contact us on as we will do our best to provide for your requirements. Please do not use the online ordering service in the event of a late order. Orders can be placed by tasselscatering@stewarts.net.au, by phone , or at We will confirm all phone orders verbally at the time of order and all and online orders by return Payment We request that payment be made prior to receiving your order. Payment can be by credit card, EFTPOS or by bank transfer to our bank account. 7 day accounts are available to approved corporate catering customers. Cancellations We request 24 hours notification on cancellations. It maybe possible to accept a cancellation on the day if the order is not already prepared. We will do our best to help, so please call and see if this is possible. We will require payment in full if the order is prepared prior to your cancellation. 5. Delivery We offer complimentary delivery to a 7 kilometre radius of our catering kitchen. Delivery areas include Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills, New Farm, Newstead, Eagle Farm, Pinkenba, Banyo, Clayfield, Nundah and Chermside. Free delivery is available between the hours of 6.30am pm Monday to Friday. Weekend orders or orders outside of the above stated hours may incur a $20 delivery fee. Deliveries outside of the 7 kilometre radius attract a flat rate fee of $20*. 6. Products The majority of our catering products are prepared in-house at our catering kitchen at Hendra. All of our cakes, muffins, scones, pies and quiches are baked to order. Sandwiches and salads are prepared fresh on the day of your order. Catering orders are packaged in disposable/recyclable cardboard trays and are delivered in refrigerated vans to guarantee freshness and quality. Hot food such as quiches and pies are placed in insulated containers to ensure they arrive hot. They can also be packed cooked and cold ready to heat prior to serving. 7. Dietary Requirements & Food Allergies Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements as we offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options. All specific dietary requirements are prepared and packaged separately at no additional cost. Tassels Catering is Eat Safe accredited. We take care to ensure that any food allergies or intolerances are noted at the point of order. Our kitchen team will also take care to prepare these dietary requirements in the correct manner. Tassels kitchen prepares a range of food product and therefore will not accept responsibility for any adverse reaction by any guest to the food prepared or served by us.
