10 ~ TERMS & SERVICES ~ On-Site Catering Staff labor fees will be quoted on individual event basis. Trained Bartending Staff: $25.00 per hour per Bartender $35.00 for basic delivery fee and set-up fee applies to all non-staffed events. Note: Outlying areas may require an additional fee. Site requirements/conditions may also increase the above fee. A $ non-refundable deposit is required on all caterings at time of reservation. 80% is due 2 weeks prior to event with final count. We do not leave our caterware unattended. All on-site grill outs require an additional $ fee. We provide grills, propane, buffet tables, buffet table covers, grill staff, surface barrier, and caterer trash removal only. All non-staffed catering packages include quality disposable caterware, condiments, and disposable serving utensils. On-site catering packages and staffed events (excluding weddings & banquet upgrades) include disposable white table covers, disposable quality cater ware, chaffing dishes, stainless steel buffet accessories and serving utensils. Upscale disposable patterned Classic Ware and Reflections Silverware is available for an additional $1.75 per person. Gratuity is not included and at the discretion of the client.
