2 Thank you for considering and choosing Muss & Turner s! We specialize in food sourced with integrity while being prepared and served with love. We hope to provide you a convenient, high quality solution for your entertaining needs. Lunch DELIVERY General Info Delivery orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. We ask for a 48 hour advance notice for deliveries and 24 hours for large pick up orders (12 or more sandwiches). There is a minimum order of $100 for delivery Standard delivery & set up charge is $25 to any location within 20 miles of M&T. Outside of this range a charge of $2 per mile will apply (one way, from 1675 Cumberland Parkway ). Lunch PICK UP General Info Large advance pick up orders (12 or more sandwiches) can be picked up between 11:30am and 12:30pm or after 1:30pm so we can accommodate our high volume lunch crowd dining in. The Fine Print Menus are subject to change due to seasonality and availability of product. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. 48 HOURS NOTICE is requested for all delivery orders and 24 hours for pick up. Never hesitate to call. If we can handle the order, we ll be glad to help. If our driver expects to arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances he or she will let you know by phone. To ensure we are offering you the best possible service possible, please have your exact delivery location (including building, suite, amount of flights if there are only stairs, security details and room number) ready when you place your order, along with the name and phone number of a contact person who will be present at the location at time of delivery. 3 What if I missed the 48 hour window for delivery or 24 hour window for pickup orders? Call anyway. We know meetings come up at the last minute, if we are able to accommodate we always will. Do you offer complete delivery service? Yes! Our knowledgeable delivery drivers not only guarantee the prompt arrival of your order within the quoted window, we will also bring the order inside the building, set it up and not leave until you are satisfied. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? We will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please inform our team of allergies or dietary restrictions as items on the menu may contain ingredients that are not listed. Do you offer full service catering? Yes! We can provide staffing, handle rentals, set up, break down, and even cook on site, for almost any size group.
