Located within the Los Angeles Equestrian Center and surrounded by the historic beauty of Griffith Park, Calamigos Equestrian s spacious lawns provide the ideal location for a fun & festive picnic. Our acclaimed Calamigos Picnic package includes A 5-hour event time Check-in booth with meet & greet attendant Delicious barbecued picnic fare, chuck wagon style Scrumptious Snacks: grilled chili dogs, popcorn & frozen fruit bars Dining tables & chairs, with colorful linens Western décor (or provide your own theme) A Picnic Director/MC Food & beverage attendants Picnic games Free ample parking To hold an event date a $3,000 non-refundable deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable.

3 3 Calamigos Comprehensive Picnic Services Picnic Planning and Coordination Our experienced staff will assist you in creating a memorable picnic for your guests. Catering Equipment and Rentals We serve delicious all-you-can-eat meals designed for the enjoyment of young and old alike. Our outdoor Barbecues, with decorative chuck wagons, feature full service buffet set-up and service. Set-up & Break-down Provided for your convenience at no additional charge. Tables, Chairs and Linens Rentals for your event included with the package. Event Materials Raffle-style tickets and maps to the Equestrian Center are provided. A Raffle drum is available upon request, for Company-sponsored raffle door prizes. Decorations Brightly colored, festive western décor adds style and personality to the picnic. You are most welcome to provide your own alternative décor as well. Check-In Booth and Personnel Meet and greet attendants assigned to the event to check in guests with a friendly smile! Picnic Director Your MC for the day, the picnic director will coordinate all the day s activities, set up athletic equipment, organize & run games, make announcements and acts as your liaison throughout the event.

4 4 Atmospheric Music/Microphone Music throughout the day complete with a sound system and microphone for important announcements. Picnic Games Egg toss, relays, tug-of-war, water balloon toss and more! Up to 6 games played with 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place ribbons won. Kids Bingo: 6 games Adult Bingo: 8 games Grass Volleyball Court Free Throw Basketball Badminton Ping-Pong Horseshoes Soccer Food and Beverage Stewards Captains of the full service buffets, bars and beverage stations, ready to serve and assist your guests. Attendants Production and maintenance crews, ride operators, food servers and refreshment attendants are provided to serve in the most professional and enjoyable way possible. Restrooms Maintained throughout the event by specially assigned maintenance staff. Ample and Adjacent Parking Our Picnic Sites include complementary parking for your guests!
