CATERING & COORDINATION We serve delicious all-you-can-eat meals designed for the enjoyment for all ages, prepared by Calamigos own Master BBQ Chef.

Planning and Coordination Our experienced staff will assist you in creating a memorable event for your guests. We are your one stop shop for all your entertainment and catering needs.

Event Materials Directional signage provided on day of event for each group and name posted at gate entrance.

We are a full service, premier event and festival production company that can help you create an extraordinary event. Planning and Coordination Our experienced staff will assist you in creating a memorable event for your guests. We are your one stop shop for all your entertainment and catering needs. Set-Up and Break-Down Provided for your convenience by our trained staff at no additional charge, including recycling and trash disposal. Event Materials Directional signage provided on day of event for each group and name posted at gate entrance. Check-In Table and Personnel We will provide a meet and greet attendant assigned to assist you with check-in. Food and Beverage Captains Available at buffets, bars and beverage stations ready to help with any need at any time. Hot Dog Station All Beef Chicago Dog on Traditional Hot Dog Bun. 2 hours included. Ample and Adjacent Parking Our Outdoor Event Sites include complimentary parking for your guests along with a parking attendant. Additional parking personnel required for groups that exceed 1000 guests. IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING MEMORIES SINCE 1947 Restrooms Maintained throughout the event by specially assigned maintenance staff conveniently located at each event site to ensure they stay fresh all day. Event Director Your MC for the day, the event director will coordinate all the day s activities, set up athletic equipment, organize and run games, make announcements and act as your liaison throughout the festivities. Picnic Games: good ol fashioned fun! Egg Toss, Champagne Relay, Tug-of-War, Water Balloon Toss and More! Up to 6 games played with prizes provided by Calamigos Ranch. Camp Calamigos Camp Counselor Arts & Crafts, Spin Art, Paper Mache, Coloring and Kids Crafts. 2
