1 CONTRACT FOOD SERVICES Blue Spoon has been serving customers in the Grand Rapids area since Our goal is to create a memorable experience for our customers with fresh food, presentation and professional service. Whether you are planning a family get together, graduation party, wedding or a corporate event, we want to make your food experience unforgettable. We offer a number of delicious menus to choose from or we will help you craft your own! Did you know we have a food truck? The Blue Spoon food truck offers a wide variety of menu options from a classic Tex-Mex to our signature Kabob Bash menu. Each item is locally sourced and prepared fresh grilled to order. Proceeds from Blue Spoon s Food Truck help fund Goodwill s mission of Changing Lives and Communities through the Power of Work! You can spot the Blue Spoon food truck at various community events such as Art Prize, festivals, and more! The food truck can also be rented for private events such as weddings and company picnics. Cater for a cause! The Hospitality Work Experience program trains individuals in food preparation and provides opportunities for long-term quality employment in the food industry. Individuals with barriers to employment receive employment training including ServSafe certification, job placement assistance and retention services.
