Therefore, g ALL of our entrées and side dishes are prepared fresh by our chefs. There will be no pre-made commercial food at your event! g Since picnics often produce healthy appetites and a more than average return for seconds all of the menus contained herein provide 1.75 to two entrées overall per guest. g Environmentally friendly bio-disposable plates and utensils are included in all of our picnic menus. g We always include garden burgers as the vegetarian entrée with all of our menus. 8 Customize Your Picnic: Step Relay Games : Select Your Games & Entertainment (check park restrictions) The original interactive games from the good old days. The package features: Sack Races, Tug o War, Spoon Relay Races, Parachute Play, Hula-Hoop Relay Races, Balloon Toss (not allowed at all parks), and Bat Racing, Frisbee (appx hours) There are also children s bubbles included. Team Building Games This is a fun and wacky series of 6 8 games that are done on a flat surface. Can be customized to your event theme. The facilitators set up for up to 6 teams. For each event, the facilitators explain the game and call upon a team to demonstrate how it will be played. Then they tell each team to send a certain number of their players to the field to represent their team. In large groups, some people will still be on the sidelines to cheer their teammates on. They encourage every person to play in at least one of the events. They keep a large scoreboard that people can see to keep track of their teams standings. In the end, they tally the total scores and award (gold, silver and bronze) medals to the winning teams. Interactive Games (Minimum order $800; up to 4 hours.delivery charge additional) Giant Twister Here s the original game with an even bigger twist. There s 225 square feet of pure inflatable fun! Intertwine and compete with your friends for a dot! 15 l x 15 w x 2 h Hip-A-Dee-Hop Horse Racing (staffed) These wacky, inflatable bouncing horses are cute, fun to ride and hilarious to watch. They come in three sizes small (13"), medium (17") and large (23") so that adults, children and even tots can ride. Unlike mechanical racehorse games we ve seen, these heavy duty inflatables won t break down and can race anywhere, on any surface. For old-fashioned picnics we can even lay out a course on grass with ropes and cones for a hilarious mini steeplechase. 8

9 RoboSurfer (staffed) Catch the RoboSurfer wave. Featured on TV news reports as the latest in kinetic interactivity, RoboSurfer is a full-size surfboard mounted on a heavy-duty motorized control unit that moves in six directions. It s surrounded by a 13 x15' air cushion ocean to maximize safety in case of wipeouts. Its speed is operator controlled to accommodate all skill levels, from Barney to Bionic. Men and women have equal success on RoboSurfer because it requires agility, coordination and hip movement rather than brute strength. 13 l x 15 w x 10 h Boom Blasters Get ready, get set, GO!! You must pump the balloon full of air and pop it before anyone else but with up to nine competitors it can be tough. Boom Blasters are great for team building or fun picnic events. Using air pumps to fill the balloons they are popped when they touch the outside ring of the stand. Coconut Tree Climber (staffed) Climb a Coconut Tree just like you are in the Caribbean! These trees are the best themed interactive attraction on the market. Complete with a built in timer, participants race to the top trying to obtain the fastest time possible. 26 l x 25 w x 8 h Bazooka Blast (staffed) This game uses low impact 2" foam balls to knock down its targets. Although this game is perfect for Western and Carnival themes it can be customized to fit just about any themed event! Players go head-to-head to see who can knock down their targets the fastest! The Rock Wall Climbing (staffed) Specially formulated panels for the real appearance and real feel of a natural stone rock wall that stands over 20'. Usable indoor or outdoor and can accommodate up to four climbers. Great for Team-Building events too. It s a challenging climb for the novice and expert alike. 9 l x 8 w x 24 h Note: Always important to check park restrictions. 10 Keg Racers (staffed) The race course for these motorized kegs on wheels can be custom made for any venue, indoors or outdoors. Great sport for participants and spectators. Helmets and safety gear are provided. Participants provide driving skill (or lack of it). Hard, flat surface required. Golf Driving Range (staffed) Hit a REAL golf ball with a REAL driver into a fully enclosed driving range. Radar system computes your distance and electronically displays it. A great, not-so-physical, activity for cocktail parties, icebreakers, and other corporate events. Fun for men, women and children. 11 l x 11 w x 11 h Catch a Butterfly Imagine the sky filled with wonderful colorful butterflies dancing towards the earth. Kids are encouraged to catch as many as they can before they land and the whole experience magically starts again. WOW! Words alone can t explain the feeling of excitement kids have as the butterflies scatter up into the sky. Great for team building as well! Human Bowling (staffed) Be the ball. Strap yourself inside a 4-foot steel bowling ball while your teammates roll you down a 30-foot inflatable ally toward oversized foam pins. 30 l x 15 w x 5 h Air Shooters/Cannons (staffed) Shoot foam balls at different sized and point-valued targets. There are four different colors with balls to match. From Team Dodge Elimination to a Giant Over-sized Shooting Gallery. Doubleshot Basketball Two players, two hoops and a rapidly ticking game clock make this an exciting test of your basketball shot touch under pressure. If players score enough points before time runs out they can go into overtime. Electronic scorekeeper in backboard provides sound effects and LED score and time readouts. 9 l x 4 w x 7.5 h 10

11 Big Shot Basketball (staffed) This over-size game automatically attracts everyone to play. Work on your jump shot with a JUMBO twist as participants try to score an oversized basketball into an extra large goal. Play one-on-one or recruit your friends and co-workers for a little half court action. Team building with this wild and wacky game is incredible and takes the individual skill out and puts the team work back in the team! Propella (staffed) High level adventure in a setting most kids can only dream about. This huge inflatable airplane is where kids can actually climb up the stairs, open the doors and slide into the cockpit. They can sit in the pilot s chair, look out the cockpit window, go around the maze in the wing, and chase obstacles until they finally exit the back. 20 l x 10 w x 5 h Interactive Word Find (staffed) A variation on the Eliminator that makes for a fantastic corporate team building activity. Four players dive in to find lettered balls consonants, vowels and wild cards and pass them out to their teammates to try to make as many words as possible.
