6 Parking Information Newport on the Levee Parking Garage Enter just off the Taylor-Southgate Bridge, or, via Dave Cowens Drive from I-471. The Newport on the Levee parking garage is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Parking is Park-n-Pay. The flat rates (NOT hourly) are below. When you enter the garage between the hours listed below, the price listed is the price you pay at one of our convenient pay stations located throughout Newport on the Levee. Please note: There are no cashiers stationed at the exits. Credit cards are the only form of payment that are accepted at the exits. Aqua on the Levee Garage Additional parking is available through the entrance on Saratoga St. Just take a left before the tunnel to our current garage, and the entrance is on your left. The garage has 345 spots available for Levee visitors. The rates will be the same as the Levee parking garage. Garage Hours Monday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - FREE (Please Note: You must enter the garage after 11:00 a.m. and exit by 2:00 p.m. to take advantage of free parking.
