All Cake and Cupcake orders must be canceled 48 hours prior to delivery or the order placed in CaterTrax will be charged to the credit card provided GUIDELINES FOR ON-SITE OUTDOOR EVENTS All outdoor events must be managed by Meeting Services. Area must be approved by safety, facilities and security Once approved, safety will complete a thorough walk-thru to ensure all safety guidelines are followed in regards to fire code with layout of area and ground conditions Food must be procured by Monsanto Food Services Rentals must be rented and set by a qualified vendor Grounds will be involved if adjustments need to be made to the ground conditions 20

POTLUCK POLICY Potlucks for up to 20 attendees are allowed in conference rooms that are not located in conference areas and special event areas (see on-site dining/ catering policy).

20 POTLUCK POLICY Potlucks for up to 20 attendees are allowed in conference rooms that are not located in conference areas and special event areas (see on-site dining/ catering policy). Potlucks with more than 20 attendees should first obtain a copy of the St Louis Site Food Event Guidelines to ensure compliance of Monsanto policies. If potlucks are held in conference rooms, food service can not provide supplemental food or beverage. This shall prevent our provider from being responsible should someone take ill from improper food handling. Utensils will not be provided due to cost. The St Louis Site Food Event Guidelines can be obtained through the Connection. 21
