1 CATLIN GABEL CATERING Welcome. Our program is proud to provide affordable, sustainable, local and flexible catering services to the community of Catlin Gabel. We provide food and beverages for small group meeting as well as large school gathering and everything in between. We are capable of holding events on and off campus. My staff and I are eager help you customize a menu to include a personal favorite, new recipe, dietary restrictions or cultural preferences. Placing an order with us Please contact Hen Truong at (503) or truongh@catlin.edu. With small group meetings (10 to 30 people) please allow 48 hours prior notice. With larger group meetings (50 to 100 people) please allow a week prior notice. Guaranteed Numbers To provide the highest quality service, we ask that you provide a guaranteed number of guests who will be served at the event. The guaranteed number must be finalized with us four business days prior to the event. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. Cancellations Cancellations received within two business days of the event will be subject to fees. Alcohol Catlin Gabel Catering provides high quality food, professionalism and support to the Catlin Gabel Community. Providing food is our number one focus; however, beer and wine may be served to complement the menu items chosen by our customers. Alcohol is served in a responsible manner by trained and knowledgeable staff. Catlin Gabel Catering values a safe and responsible atmosphere where customers may choose to consume beer and wine. We offer a variety of microbrews and a selection of Oregon wines. The following requirements must be met for Catlin Gabel Catering to provide alcohol service: Only beer and wine will be served. No hard alcohol. Catlin Gabel Catering reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person. Food must be included in all alcohol orders. Alcohol will not be available until food is served. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for guests at all times during the event. Alcohol service will end 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the event. Alcohol consumption is limited to the immediate premises where alcohol is being served.

Wraps $13.00 per person Chicken Caesar (Vegetarian option available) Chicken, romaine lettuce, and parmesan cheese with Caesar dressing. Turkey Club Turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes with ranch mayo. Asian Style Sliced teriyaki chicken, shredded napa cabbage, shredded carrot, bean sprout and sesame dressing Vegetarian Wrap Marinated Setain, bell peppers, cucumber, red onions and sprout, in a spinach tortilla. Salads $12.00 per person Tossed Green With carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing or ranch dressing ($7.50) Chicken Caesar Salad With shredded parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Teriyaki Chicken Salad Teriyaki chicken with yakisoba noodles, peppers, onions, and snap peas; tossed with a sesame dressing. Cobb Salad Spring greens with grilled balsamic chicken, tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese, scallions, and olives. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and shredded parmesan cheese served with caesar dressing & croutons. Pasta Salad Bowtie pasta with salami, olives, artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, and shredded parmesan cheese. Tossed with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. Quinoa and Roasted Beet Salad Cooked quinoa, roasted beet tossed in an orange dressing Potato Salad Fresh Yukon potatoes, celery, onions, and chopped egg in a creamy dijon mayonnaise dressing. Wilted Baby Spinach Salad with or without Bacon Tender spinach greens with grilled red onions, dried cranberries, and feta cheese served with honey mustard dressing. Fruit Salad Assorted seasonal fruit with honey and lime dressing. *Add a soup of the day or a sandwich platter for $3.00 per person or both for $4.00 per person.

Thai Chicken and Vegetarian Curry...$14.50 per person Jasmine rice topped with chicken, bell peppers, onions, carrots, wild mushrooms, and ginger simmered in coconut milk (red or green curry); includes fortune cookies.
