We welcome the opportunity to host your upcoming event! Our well-trained staff will assist you in every way possible to prepare a successful event. Guarantee A final guarantee of attendance is required one week prior to all food and beverage functions. At that time, you must guarantee the closest estimate of attendees for which the hotel will charge you. The guarantee is final and not subject to reduction. All hotel charges will be based upon the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. Billing A credit card is required in advance to guarantee the event date. This will be held as a guarantee, no charges will be applied until services are rendered. Cancellation Policy A seventy two-hour notice is required in the event that you would need to cancel your meeting. If the hotel is not contacted all charges will apply. Audio Visual Equipment We would be happy to arrange for any audiovisual requirements for your event. For extensive set-up, arrangements can be made through our office to contact local professional audio-visual services. Limited storage space is available for materials shipped prior to an event; however, any prior shipping needs to be cleared through the sales office before shipment is sent.

2 Meeting Rooms The Hampton Inn and Suites is proud to offer three different meeting rooms to accommodate all of your meeting needs. Please contact our sales office for more information. Food and Beverage Service The Hampton Inn and Suites reserves the right to inspect and control all parties, meetings, receptions, etc. being held on premises. Catering is provided by Gourmet To Go, Callier s and St. Louis Bread Co. All food orders are subject to an eighteen-percent gratuity charge and applicable taxes. Delivery charge is $15-$20. Prices are subject to change. If you would like to bring in your own food and beverage a charge of $3.00 per person will be applied. 2
