Arron Rhodes, our consulting chef has trained and worked in Michelin stared restaurants throughout Europe, opened the first underwater restaurant in the Maldives, before bringing his considerable talents to Hong Kong. He has recently returned from an exploratory culinary sabbatical in Latin America. Jonathan Jones brings a wealth of experience and a storied history hosting events at some of the most famous venues in London and his native South Africa.
