8 ORDERING INFORMATION 24 hours notice requested however we can still help with same day pickups. Cancellations or reductions in orders only accepted if made by 4 p.m. the previous day, 24 hours in advance on weekends. Credit cards needed to secure all orders. Ridley s accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Trays, set ups, paper plates, utensils always included in prices. Catering orders can be placed online, by phone or fax. You may download a fax form from our website at For Corporate Catering, we do offer a House Account program. Please contact us at the Bakery for all the details at DELIVERY SERVICE We need a 24 hour notice to properly route your delivery to ensure timeliness. We will deliver to most of the tri-county areas for deliveries to downtown areas such as Detroit, we do add a small service charge and minimum order. Our Normal Delivery Times: Local Areas: 6:30 a.m. 3 p.m. Other Areas: 7 a.m. 2 p.m. In delivering to hospitals, schools or other large institutions, we will need to insure you are there to meet us so that we can efficiently expedite your delivery. We rely on the accuracy of the information taken when your orders are placed including contact personnel, telephone numbers, cross streets, entrances, etc. Our drivers have cell phones to prevent difficulties or surprises. Our deliveries are guaranteed on time or early. Since weather and traffic can be challenging, we will always call ahead if experiencing any trouble getting to our destination. If our delivery should show up more than 15 minutes late, we will not charge you for the delivery service.
