The 1829 Room, so named after the year the pub was built, comes complete with its own cocktail bar, high spec sound system, 60 inch flat screen and Wifi. It can accommodate 50 people seated or 90 standing. If you haven t seen it yet, why not head upstairs and take a peek. It may just be your new favourite place to party. 5 NEW YEAR S EVE AT THE PRINCESS VICTORIA We ve learnt that starting early is fun. Book a leisurely lunch with friends and family and spend what you ve saved on a babysitter and late night taxi. You ll even feel fresher on New Year s Day. If you want to party until the wee hours, we are open until 2am. As ever, there is no silly entrance fee, just lashings of champagne, cocktails, music and good times. Our à la carte menu is on offer for those who want to start the evening like grown ups. 6 OPEN ON CHRISTMAS DAY If your Christmas present to yourself is to let someone else do the cooking on Christmas Day, then come and see us. Most of our pubs will be open. Come for lunch or languish with a drink until you have to go home and face the mayhem.
