Winston-Salem, NC Rental Information: The Event Center at Summit Square has a variety of tables as well as very comfortable padded chairs (see facility tab for details) for your use. Our Event Specialists will help you come up with a layout for the room according to your event s unique needs and our staff will set up the tables and chairs to meet your specifications. This service is included in the rental price. An event host is also provided with your rental. Weekday Rental: Monday Thursday rental of The Event Center at Summit Square is $125. per hour with a minimum rental of 3 hours. The rental time includes the set up/decorating time as well as the time of the event and at least 30 minutes for clean-up. The Event Specialist can help you determine the amount of time you need to accommodate the needs of your event. Weekend Day Rental: We offer a couple of different options for weekend rentals. Six Hour Rental- On Friday or Saturday the six hour rental is $975. This time period includes set up/decorating time as well as clean up. The six hours may be divided up on the day of the event. For example, one to two hours can be scheduled in the morning to decorate and then the remaining four to five hours can be the timing of the actual event plus at least thirty minutes of clean up time. More hours can be added for $150. per hour. If you would also like to purchase one of our food packages with this rental, the rental fee is reduced to $850. Special Eight Hour Rental with food packages- For weddings and events which will either last longer or where more set up time is needed, we offer a very special eight hour rental for those who are purchasing one of our food packages for at least 50 guests. The cost for this special rental option is $925. plus the food package pricing. This is a savings of $225. off of the regular rental price! 1

All-Inclusive Two Day Wedding Package: For those who would like to have their rehearsal dinner and reception at The Event Center, we offer an all-inclusive wedding package which allows you to decorate and have a rehearsal/rehearsal dinner on one day and then the wedding and/or wedding reception on the next. The rental cost for this package starts at $1200. plus the food packages of your choice. Please call and speak to one of our Event Specialists to discuss options! Hors D oeuvres Only package: This package is perfect for a variety of events from networking and business get-togethers to afternoon wedding receptions. We can tailor it to fit your specific event!
