1 Rental Pricing and Food/Service Packages offered with our parent company, California Fresh Catering Our goal is to exceed your expectations! The Event Center at Summit Square specializes in full-service packages so that we can take care of many of the details of your special occasion for you! Included with all rentals of The Event Center: The Event Center is an ideal space for events of guests. Whether you are renting the Event Center for a conference or a wedding, the following items and services are available to you when you rent our space Free parking and a large, well-lit, easily accessible parking lot An Event Center Host Twenty-five round 60 tables Six 8 tables, three 6 tables and four 4 tables 200+ comfortable padded chairs Black or white tablecloths for all tables you plan to use An ice machine, refrigerator and sink Dressing room Rental pricing- weekday: Monday Thursday: $375. for 3 hour rental Corporate/all day rental- $500. 8am 5pm- includes table linens, tea/coffee/water service and A/V equip. Rental pricing- weekend: Friday: $ Six hour rental (scheduled between the hours 11:00 a.m. midnight. Additional time may be rented for $150./hr.) Saturday: $1800. Day rental only or $1500. with a Food and Service Package (access between 11:00 a.m. midnight) Sunday: $1000. Six hour rental (between noon 9:00 p.m. Additional time may be rented for $150./hr.) 1

2 Weddings at Summit Square: At The Event Center at Summit Square, we can host the wedding ceremony as well as your reception or simply the reception it is up to you! For Saturday weddings you have access to The Event Center starting at 11:00 a.m. Our Event Specialist can help you plan for vendor arrivals as well as a timeline for the event itself to ensure that the day flows smoothly. All guests, vendors and equipment must have departed The Event Center by midnight or earlier. The rental cost is $1500. plus the per person price for the food and service package of your choice. We have packages to meet various tastes and budgets. There are other services, such as bartending, available to round out your needs for the special day. We offer cake cutting service for no additional fee! It is our pleasure to assist you! Do you need to rehearse or decorate the day before? We will gladly add a four hour Friday rental for an additional $500. as long as that date is available. Bartending Service: $150. Bartending service for four hours this includes 3 hours of open bar service as well as set up and break down time. Liability insurance is included. Add $30. per hour for each additional hour the bar is open. Bars open over 4 hours incur a liability fee of $50. - $100. depending on time and number of guests. Client must provide all alcohol to be served. Please see separate Bartending Agreement for details. Catering Packages: The Event Center at Summit Square is owned by one of the premier caterers in the Triad area, California Fresh Catering. With our Chef and team of expert cooks right here on site, we are able to provide you and your guests with a wide array of fresh, delicious menus and top-notch service! All packages are buffet style as listed. Family style and plated dinners can be provided as well please inquire about pricing. All packages include table linens, plates/flatware/glassware, napkins, all serving ware, serving staff, set up and clean up. You simply add your touch with decorations and remove all personal items at the end of the event. We take care of the rest! 2
