One soft drink per person (either mineral water or soda). A cake on your 1st wedding anniversary. A deluxe room accommodation for the bride and groom. Check in is at the reception on the date of the function. A fruit platter in the room. A bottle of wine in the room. Breakfast for two, the day after your reception at the Victoria Room (breakfast room). A room for photography (if needed). Please kindly advise if needed before the date of the function.

3 Others: Tables, chairs, white linen (table cloths and napkins) and service will be provided. Please note that chairs are not dressed. Chair covers are available for hire at 3,000/- each or you may bring your own chair covers. Any increase in the number of guests must be communicated 72 hours before the function. Please note that for weddings at the Lion Gardens, the chairs provided are plastic, armless chairs. Conference chairs, are available for hire at an additional cost of 3,000/= per chair. For indoor weddings, conference chairs are provided. For garden, and poolside weddings, plastic chairs are provided. Note: Chair covers come at an extra cost of 3,000/=. Décor and music is to be provided by the client. Limit time in Rwenzori Ballroom is 2.00am. Limit time in the Lion Centre / Gardens is 12.00am. For the Gardens, the client provides their own tents and Mobile Toilets. Garden photos will be allowed for weddings happening at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel at no extra cost. For weddings not happening at the hotel, to access the gardens for photos, an extra cost will apply. 20% of the total charge to be deposited on booking and confirming a date. Kindly note that this is nonrefundable.
