1 Party Guidelines Thank you for your interest in booking your special event at St. James LIVE! Our goal is to help make this a memorable experience for you and your guests. To ensure that your event runs smoothly, please adhere to the following house rules. 1. Balloons are not allowed inside the venue (No Exceptions). 2. Small table toppers are allowed; Semi-Private areas only, not on the floor. (No taller than 6 inches high) 3. No outside alcohol is permitted in bottles, cakes/cupcakes or as gifts. 4. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Outstanding Balance is due 7 days before event. Event is subject to cancellation at venue discretion if balance is not paid when due. 5. When special occasion packages are purchased outside cakes are permitted under the following conditions: Cakes are held in the kitchen then sliced and served to guests on the floor during intermission only. The whole cake will be cut up and served unless wait staff is given prior special instructions. Semi-Private rented spaces are provided with a cake table and guests are allowed to cut & serve cake at their own discretion. (Recommended during intermission). 6. $50 cake cutting fee is charged to parties without the purchase of the special occasion packages.
