4 WELCOME TO THE TURNER VALLEY GOLF CLUB! 4 The Turner Valley Golf Club dates back to 1930, when it was created by the employees of Royalite Oil, the company that was responsible for the development of local oil reserves. Our club houses a fully licensed Restaurant and Outdoor Patio with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. Embrace our peaceful atmosphere while enjoying a great meal and great service. Whether you are a business or you are looking to host a party, the Turner Valley Golf Club is the perfect solution. 5 ROOM RENTALS Boardroom Maximum 12 people This space is ideal for holding a meeting for your organization, a corporate retreat etc. Bring your group together for a presentation, training session or brainstorm. Our quiet and isolated boardroom is a great choice. 5 Space + More Rental: $250/hour (maximum of 4 hours) Includes space rental plus these extras: Projector Screen Coffee station (up to 12 people)
6 ROOM RENTALS Diamond Room Maximum 50 people 6 Whether you are looking to hold a meeting, a family birthday, a corporate retreat etc. this space is versatile and secluded, offering fantastic views and an optional private bar. Space Rental: $500 Includes: Projector Screen Podium Sound system Additional Options: Private bartender & wait staff Food & beverage options (see pages 9-11)
7 ROOM RENTALS Banquet Room Maximum 120 people (seated) or 165 (theatre style) Whether you are looking to hold a function for your organization, a family & friends event, a networking event, a fundraiser etc. this space offers the greatest capacity. 7 Space Rental: $750 * Functions hosted in the Banquet Room will have last call at 11:30PM and facilities close at 12:00AM. 13 13 CHECKLIST DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT Choose your space Chose menu Pay your deposit DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT Confirm meals Send event details to guests Send out directions to turner valley to guests 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT Confirm final numbers Confirm rental equipment required 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT Reconfirm and finalize menus DAY OF YOUR EVENT Relax and enjoy your day
14 EVENT AGREEMENT Terms & Conditions: Events may be booked up to 12 months in advance. Any event taking place after regular operating hours will require additional security. All costs of security will be covered by the organization hosting the event. Hours of operation and cost of security will be determined prior to the event. All alcohol consumption will be under the regulations as set out by the Alberta gaming & Liquor Commission. Wine that we do not carry may be be supplied if agreed upon prior to the event. All bottles will be subject to a $7.00 corkage fee, and an approved corkage agreement form. The event organizer acknowledges responsibility for any damages to the building, parking lot, golf course or facility that may occur Final numbers must be confirmed in writing ( ) 5 days prior to the event date. An initial deposit of $ will reserve your date. A second payment of 50% of the total amount due is required Five (5) business days prior to the event date. Final payment is due on event day. Turner Valley Golf Club is the sole supplier of all food & beverage items. CANCELLATION POLICY 30 days or more, full refund. Less than 30 days, loss of deposit. Any cancellations after 5 days before the event will be subject to the full fee. No shows on the event date are also subject to the full fee.
