5 Certifications CERTIFICATIONS Perez & Larios Corporation is approved by PrimusLabs, a certification that has served as a global leader in food safety for over 25 years in countries like the USA, Chile, Costa Rica and Mexico. In Mexico, where we grow and pack our products, we are also certified by PrimusLabs Mexico and SENASICA (National Health, Security and Food Services).

7 Persian Lime PRODUCT The limes we produce are grown, packed, transported and stored with the strictest quality standards. Persian limes are the perfect match for everything ranging from sea, oriental, mexican food to a refreshing lemonade. Due to its not so sour but not so sweet taste, persian limes go well with everything.

8 Persian limes have high vitamin and mineral content, including Vitamin B6, folic acid, calcium, iron but specially Vitamin C, a very powerful antioxidant. Harvest Our Persian limes are harvested in different regions of Mexico, so we can offer our customers the best product at the best prices at any season of the year.

9 PROCESS Our Process Our process starts with care and maintenance of the lime trees. When the limes are ripe enough we harvest them by hand to avoid damaging the lime s flowers which will turn into the next season s fruit.

10 When done harvesting, the limes are transported to our packing facilities which are located in close proximity to the crops. Here they undergo a careful preparation process that gets them ready for transport.

11 PACKING Packing In our packing facilities we take out the lime s leaf and select only the best fruit to be packed. The limes are washed, disinfected and then receive an application of a natural liquid wax that not only gives the lime a nice shine but that also ensures its freshness.

12 We have our own transportation network which helps us always offer fresh limes right when our customers need them.

13 DISTRIBUTION Transport Finally, in order to be transported, the limes are sorted by sizes, packed in our branded cardboard boxes and refrigerated at the right temperature.
