2 FROZEN DRINK RECIPES All Drink Mixes except Pina Colada and Cherry Limeade will make approximately 5 Gallons of mix; they are a 7 to 1 concentrate. We supply two Five Gallon Buckets, Spoon to mix your brew and a pitcher to scoop mix into the margarita machine. Each Bowl of the Frozen Drink Machines will hold 3 gallons of drink mix. Please note that the five gallon mark on the buckets is NOT to the top, it is approximately 1 ½ from the top rim. Pina Colada Mix and Cherry Limeade Mix makes 3 Gallons of beverage mix, they are a 5 to 1 concentrate. The recipes here are from the bottle of bar mix that we supply. If you choose to use a different recipe we will not be responsible for the results. DO NOT USE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED ALCOHOL SOLUTION WILL NOT FREEZE PROPERLY! The 3 gallons of mix (5 to 1 Concentrate) will yield approximately 48 8 ounce servings or 40 9 ounce servings. All frozen drinks can be served without alcohol; you can substitute the alcohol with water or Soda (7-up, Ginger-ale etc.). Cherry Limeade is non-alcoholic and is mixed 5 to 1 with water only. We can get other flavors of fruit drinks upon request.

3 PRTY CAB DRINK SYSTEMS We will supply you with a cart to place the Margarita Machine on. This machine is very heavy so it is important that it is placed in a safe, level area near a power outlet. Use only Heavy Duty 14 Gauge extension cords with a Ground! Anything other than this will not provide the power you need. During summer months it is better to place the machine indoors. It may never freeze if it is outside in the heat. If it is located outdoors it must be fully covered overhead. 1) Prepare the mix in the 5 gallon container according to the recipe. We suggest you chill all ingredients prior to mixing. This will shorten the time it will take the machine to freeze your drinks properly. 2) Open the lid of the Margarita bowl and pour in the mixture using the supplied 2 Gallon Transfer Bucket (DO NOT try to pour directly from the 5 gallon container!). Replace lid. Never leave the lid off bugs love the sweet mix and will clog up the works, plus they taste icky! 3) After both bowls are filled up to the fill line (DO NOT overfill), you are ready to rock and roll!!!! NOTE: NEVER RUN THIS BELOW THE MINIMUM LINE MARKED ON THE BOWL! CAB switches are as follows. Turn the top Main Power switch (A) to on and Freezer switch (C) to the Freeze position. You may or may not turn on the Light (D) Switch. Turn on bowl (1 & 2) switches per following. Freezer switches (B & G) to Freeze position & Auger switches (E1 & E2) to ON position. In cooler temperatures you may find the drinks freezing too much and you may turn off the freeze switch for a while. It will take 45minutes to 1 hour for drinks to be ready. Continue to top off liquid as it is used up. Never let the liquid go below the minimum line! When the drink mix gets to low the machine must be turned off. You may dispense the rest of the drink to empty the bowls. Please rinse 5 gallon containers and you may wipe the outside of the machine with water only. WE WILL CLEAN THE!

If it is located outdoors it must be fully covered overhead. This machine has superior performance under the hottest of weather. The freezing time is far shorter than the dual machines. If your needs require one flavor this is the machine to rent! How to Operate 1. Fill the 5 gallon bucket with mix ingredients according to the label on Bar Mix. Be sure to mix with the spoon. We suggest you chill all ingredients prior to mixing. This will shorten the time it will take the machine to freeze your drinks properly. 2. Pour from the 5 Gallon Mixing Bucket into the 2 Gallon Transfer Bucket. 3. Open the lid of the Bowl (Hopper). Remove the white plastic tube inside the hopper by pulling gently. 4. Pour the 2 Gallon of mixed ingredients into the hopper. Wait for liquid to fill the Freeze Cylinder then replace the white plastic tube. 5. Continue to pour the rest of the ingredients from your 5 Gallon Mixing bucket into the hopper. Replace Cover. Never leave the lid off bugs love the sweet mix and will clog up the works, plus they taste icky! 6. Turn the On/Off/Clean switch to ON NOT CLEAN. 7. Your drinks should be sufficiently frozen within 15 to 20 Minutes. 8. If Drinks become to frozen you can turn off machine for a short time and restart. 9. When the hopper is low a light will come on just below ON/Off switch. Fill hopper as needed. 10. When finished, you may dispense the rest of the drink to empty the bowls. Please rinse 5 and 2 gallon containers; you may wipe the outside of the machine with water only. WE WILL CLEAN THE!
