Pure dark cherry and bramble fruit combine with a hint of spice and dark chocolate smoky overtones C SANGIOVESE Fico Grande Sangiovese Soft and supple with lovely red fruit characteristics and hints of spice and black pepper, followed by long smooth tannins. NW BARBERA Crocera Barbera A nose of intense ripe damson and black cherry, wood smoke and brown spices. Rounded and generous on the palate, robust and full flavoured NE TEROLDEGO Terrace della Luna Teroldego Fresh and juicy red, with aromas of ripe black cherry and forest fruits, which mingle with bitter chocolate, liquorice and spicy notes. C PINOT NERO Ca di Alte Pinot Nero Attractive ruby red in colour with an appetizing cherry perfume, decent depth on the palate and good length. C SANGIOVESE Da Vinci Chianti A distinctively fruity bouquet with dark cherry overtones, balanced with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Spicy undertones are balanced by fine soft tannins. S NEGROMARO Vigneti di Salento I Muri Negromaro Ruby red with intense notes of blackcurrants and berries. Medium bodied and velvety with a fresh finish C MONTEPULCIANO Gran Sasso Montepulciano d Abruzzo Deep ruby red in colour, lifted perfumes of dark fruits, plums and cherried with a hint of mocha. This wine is soft and ripe with a delicious chocolate cherry finish S AGLIANICO Vesevo Using grapes grown on Mount Vesuvius. This is a dark brooding wine with rich aromas of chocolate, mocha and ripe black cherries. Intense and savoury with weighty fruit which finishes on a smokey note. S VALPOLICELLA Allegrini Valpolicella Light, dry red wine. Ruby red in colour, with prominent notes of cherries, echoed by fresher hints of pepper and aromatic herbs. NW NEBBIOLO Angelo Veglio Barolo Aged for 2 years, rick with elegant and complex earthy flavour with notes of violets. Full bodied yet elegant with plenty of robust but ripe tannins, which support the dark dried and autumnal fruit compote character
