Hints of cherry and hedgerow fruits, paired with a sharp finish makes for a perfectly easy drinking drop. Freshly pressed cloudy cider with a fruity and impactful addition of cherry flavour. Slowly matured and left unfiltered, this cider is medium-sweet to taste, and brings nostalgic notes of cherry drops with a great depth of flavour.

11 OUR APPROACH We use a large range of fruits, blending unique flavours representing our playful and innovative side, whilst our traditional ciders are from the heart of Somerset. 12 In the autumn of 2001 we made our first few barrels of cider on the home farm here in Llantwit Fardre, South Wales. What started as a hobbyist s experiment quickly became much more serious and an expanded selection of draught and oakmatured bottled ciders followed each refined over time. 14 We take care over each step of the cider-making process; from WHISKY CASK WHISKY CASK pressing the apples and fermenting with the finest blend of Champagne yeasts, to maturing the cider for at least 6 months to achieve that rounded, smooth Thistly Cross taste. Our Elderflower-pressed Cider at 4% proves to be quite a talking point but it s the Original Farmhouse cider at 6.2% that s most loved across the board. 24 NELL GWYNNE ABRAHALLS AD DRY 5.0% After a career in major cider manufacturing and a break to bring up her young family Susan Vaughan decided to join her brother Robert Hancocks back on the family farm in Bishops Frome Herefordshire. The family has been growing fruit and hops on the farm for over 100 years. Their farming roots go back deep into Mid Wales and the Welsh borders where many of their family still farm today. The result is a sublime balance of fresh apple flavour, medium dry, with complex notes and subtle bitter tannins. To complete the seasonal range, our spiced winter cider is mulled with a homemade spice recipe including fresh ginger and a subtle hint of chilli. Serve hot with a spoon full of sugar to warm you to core. The most exciting time of year on the farm is the autumn and the Forager represents that. Gathering fruit from the hedgerows gives a unique and distinctive fruit cider. Mixing damsons, rosehips, elderberries and many others. OUR PRODUCTS It all starts with apples! Kentish Pip is based at Woolton Farm in Kent where the Mount Family has been growing apples for four generations. Kentish Pip s unique character comes from using this huge knowledge base to select particular dessert apple varieties and pair them with more typical cider apples. This produces a unique and wonderful fruity Kentish cider with plenty of depth and interest which has collected numerous awards VINTAGE PIP 5-6% Using the sweetest dessert and a higher percentage of cider apples this, more punchy cider is aged for a year to mellow, giving a rich medium sweet cider with lots of complexity and a long smooth finish. ABV may vary by batch. Applicable ABV will be noted on product WILD SUMMER Infused with pollen and nectar from wild elderflowers picked on the farm, this light and super refreshing summer cider makes your pallet sing. Palate medium in body with marked raspberry flavour blending with a slightly hot ginger aftertaste. Medium sweetness with a warming fruity finish.
