We create dishes from the inside out by sourcing the freshest ingredients directly from producers. 5 Tequila and Margarita Masterclasses CBD and Miranda Tequila Masterclass The Blanco $65pp In this masterclass, our tequilier will engage and guide you through the history, process and flavours of this complex Mexican spirit. Includes 5-6 tequila tastings and 2 traditional Mexican chasers of sangrita and verdita. The Reposado $95pp As above plus a selection of small plates and a margarita on arrival. Margarita Masterclass (Minimum 4 guests) $65pp or $45pp with Feed Me Menu The perfect team building event or simply an excuse to get together with the gang, this twohour class will give you insights into the complexity of tequila, and allow you to experiment beyond the traditional margaritas that you know. 6 YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED How many guests can fit on a table? We cater for a whole range of party sizes from groups of 10 right through to whole venue book outs. Can we have decorations on the day? Yes banners, signage, balloons, brochures, sample bags and table centrepieces are just some of the decorations that are welcomed to be used for functions at Méjico. Our reservation team is more than happy to set up your decorations for you, provided that detailed and clear instructions are given. You are welcome to set up the decorations yourself, subject to prior availability to the space. Can we store supplies here the night before and overnight after the event? Yes. Please arrange this prior to the day. (Méjico cannot accept responsibility for items left at our venue.) Do you cater for food allergies / special dietary requirements? Yes we do. Vegetarian, vegan, nondairy, gluten-free, nut allergies etc. can all be catered for. Please advise details of any guests with food allergies or special requirements when confirming final numbers. If relevant allergen is to be used in any of the food prepared for the function, we will take reasonable steps to advise you and, if practical, provide an alternative food item for the guests affected. Can we have wifi? We have complimentary high-speed wireless available throughout the restaurant. Do you have a projector and screen? We can organise a data projector, laptop, and lapel microphone for hire during your private function at Méjico. Only available for full venue bookings. Is there parking available at the restaurant? There s parking station two doors down from the CBD restaurant and there are others around the venue. At Westfield Miranda there is plenty of customer parking available beneath the center. Do you have wheelchair access and disabled facilities? Yes we have wheelchair access to the restaurant as well as disabled toilet facilities. How do I tentatively hold a date? Just contact our reservations team for availability and we can pencil in your booking. As soon as your deposit is made and your booking form returned, your booking is confirmed and the date and time is secure. If you need to make changes to guest numbers or menu selection, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice prior to the reservation date. How do I confirm and pay for my function? To confirm a booking for your event, return the signed booking form and deposit, as arranged with the Reservation Team. What are the payment options? We accept payment by Amex, Visa or Mastercard, cash or online electronic funds transfer. Can I extend our function time? Our liquor licence is until midnight. We are only allowed to hold patrons for up to 30 minutes after that period. Is service included? A 10% gratuity is placed on all bookings of 10 or more. This is passed on directly to your server.
