9 CELLAR MENU WHITE WINE CLOUDY BAY 2016 MARLBOROUGH NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC Bright, focused citrus aromatics of grapefruit and kaffir lime abound, supported by subtle tropical notes. A silky, concentrated palate reveals ripe, juicy stone fruit and lemongrass. Its racy acidity leads toward a mouthwatering, persistent finish, suggesting a sauvignon blanc with ageability. GAVI I RISI 2016 GIRIBALDI PIEDMONTE ITALY CORTESE A straw yellow colour, full of light green reflects. A full fresh perfume with fruity notes which pleasantly mix with those of greens and grass. Full and round in the mouth with a discrete structure and clean sensations of exotic fruit and golden apple. SANCERRE LE PIERRIER 2017 DOMAINE THOMAS LOIRE SAUVIGNON BLANC Crisp, steely and fresh with distinct grassy notes that are the character of prime Sancerre. POUILLY FUISSE AU BOURG 2014 DOMAINE LUQUET BURGUNDY CHARDONNAY Produced from vines that are at least 56 years old, situated in the Clos just in front of the Church in the centre of the village of Fuissé. This vineyard was initially planted back in 1927 by the Great Grandfather of the current generation, Maurice Luquet. A very intense, rich wine, gourmand, but finely structured with a zip acidity.
