4 Wychwood Brakspear Brewers of Character A compelling range of hand-crafted, award winning, characterful beers from the famous Oxfordshire brewery. Hobgoblin is traditionally craft brewed to produce full bodied beers. Our Classic is Ruby coloured with delicious toffee malt flavours, well balanced and with a mischievous character. Various ABV s % Format 500ml Bottles King Star also available in 330ml Cans The Oxfordshire Beer The Brakspear Fermenting Room, is still kept at the current Brewery houses, a peculiar arrangement called the double drop system dating from 1779 giving Brakspear beers their unique character. It is a lengthy careful craft process taking many days and a watchful eye but this meticulous fermentation, cooling and maturation process is what makes it so special and well worth the wait. 5 BattleDown Wye Valley In a quiet backwater dating back to the 1600 s you will find Cheltenham s oldest working brewery, maintaining the towns old brewing heritage. Battledown Brewery produces fine beers using the techniques developed by generations of local brewers, keeping to a rich history of brewing tradition. The methods used are as old as the surrounding Cotswold hills, sourcing local water and high quality ingredients to create beers of character. ABV 3.8%, 4.6% and 5.2 % Format 500ml bottles Legendary 50s belle and the daughter of a local hop grower, Dorothy Goodbody is renowned for putting her name to only the purest of ales!! All our cask ales are carefully brewed in a traditional way using the highest quality ingredients including Maris Otter Barley and whole hop cones. Nestling in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside we pride ourselves on using locally grown hops, more than 80% coming from within 10 miles. 6 Stroud Brewery Jennings What makes Stroud Brewery beer so special? They source the best quality local organic ingredients: Malt from Warminster Maltings, Britain s oldest working floor malting's and hops from Charles Faram, merchants of hops and hop products for over 100 years. They brew to the tightest specifications in a custom designed craft brewery with the highest level of care to maintain the flavour and consistent quality of each of their brews. Their range of organic and vegan bottled beers are commended by the Soil Association Organic Food and Drink awards. The traditional values which the Jennings family instilled in the business are still respected, and combined with a modern day commercial approach, that has undoubtedly contributed to the success of Jennings ales. A range of award winning strong, satisfying ales, wonderfully warming and full of complex flavours, which create intriguing beers of great character. The dark Sneck Lifter beer with a reddish tinge, derived from the use of coloured malts, is perfectly balanced with specially formulated brewing sugars and English aromatic hops. ABV 5.1% 8 x 500ml

7 Thwaites Ringwood Peak performer Thwaites' two principal beer brands are Wainwright, one of the most popular golden cask ales in the UK and Lancaster Bomber, a strong premium ale. Both ales have won numerous awards in recent years and are highly complementary to Marston's market-leading portfolio of regional premium craft and bottled ale breweries. ABV 4.1% & 4.4% Format 500ml bottles Something a little bit different Beer has been brewed in Ringwood for centuries ever since medieval man first mixed the crystal water of the River Avon with the malted barley harvested from the surrounding fertile fields of Hampshire. Ringwood Brewery's now located at the Old Tunks' Brewery location first brewed Best Bitter and Fortyniner for a handful of local customers saw the production of Old Thumper, which has since become their flagship brew. 8 Henry Westons Ciders MerryDown Ciders Upmarket traditional cider from Henry Weston's In 1880 Henry Weston first started crafting cider from the bittersweet apples grown on his farm in Much Marcle, Herefordshire. Over many years he refined the art of Herefordshire cider making. Today, Henry Weston's Vintage Cider is produced only from apples in a single year's harvest in the three counties of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire & Worcestershire. The cider is then slowly matured in aged oak vats to deliver a smooth, rounded, medium-dry cider packed with magnificently exceptional character. ABV 4.5% 8.2% 500ml Bottles Vintage, Medium Sweet, Medium Dry, Vintage Perry Appley Wonderfulness First produced back in 1946, MerryDown is made with the finest culinary and dessert apples and specially selected yeasts to produce a unique appley tasting cider. It contains no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Merrydown is available as a 6% abv and 7.5% abv cider and is available in Medium and Dry varieties. ABV 6% - 7.5% 500ml and 750ml bottles

9 Stowford Press Ciders Old Rosie Ciders Stowford Press - Taste the Glory Stowford Press is Westons Cider's most popular Cider brand made from 100% pressed British apples. It is a medium, clear, sparkling cider, which can be bought in 500ml bottles. Stowford Press combines century-old traditional cider-making with a crisp and refreshing flavour, designed to appeal to more modern tastes. 'Old Rosie' is a strong (7.3%), dry, still and cloudy cider. Mid-golden and straw-like in colour, Old Rosie is a cloudy, medium-bodied fruity cider that has a wonderful full aroma of wild berry-fruits, honey and delicious vanillas of vintage cider-barrels.
