5 THE KICKOFF PHASE Building Your Base of Clients 01 BASE COMMISSION on your PERSONAL RETAIL SALES (PRS)20% 02 Up To + 15% ENHANCED COMMISSIONS on your PRS 03 $100 FAST START BONUS* every time a new KJ Independent Consultant you enroll purchases a Business Builder Kit or a Combination Kit KJ Consultant YOU RECEIVE $100 New Enrollee *Plus $100 Bonus Value will be applied to the compensation plan. 04 PREFFERED CLIENTS (PC) Receive 10% COMMISSION (instead of 20% base) on all PC orders and up to 15% ENHANCED COMMISSIONS. 6 THE LEADERSHIP PHASE Working With Others To Build A Team 06 ENROLLER BONUSES 6% DIRECT ENROLLER BONUS: Receive 6% BV on sales by consultants you have personally enrolled (E1). 6% INDIRECT ENROLLER BONUS: Receive 6% BV on sales by new enrollees your personal consultants have enrolled (E2). 07 SPONSOR BONUSES 4% SPONSOR BONUSES: Receive 4% BV on sales by consultants you sponsor. These are your S1s. When the consultants you personally sponsor decide to sponsor someone themselves, those new consultants become your S2s. Earn Bonuses on up to 5 Sponsor levels. INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT BUSINESS BUILDER TEAM LEADER DIRECTOR IC BB TL DIR As an Independent Consultant your sponsor bonuses can go up to 2 sponsor levels. As a Business Builder your sponsor bonuses can go up to 3 sponsor levels (S3s). As a Team Leader your sponsor bonuses can go up to 4 sponsor levels (S4s). 7 THE EXECUTIVE PHASE Leading The Way PERSONAL GROUP BONUS EARN 2%-4% BONUS on your Personal Group Bonus Value (PGBV) to UNLIMITED DEPTH GENERATION BONUSES EARN 2%-4% BONUSES on up to 3 Generations Executive Group Bonus Value (EGBV) EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SENIOR EXECUTIVE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE ED SE NE As an Executive Director, earn 2 % on your PGBV and your 1 st Generation EGBV. As a Senior Executive, earn 3 % on your PGBV and your 1 st and 2nd Generation EGBV.
