1 Warrnambool Pony Club Annual WISE Champs Horse Trials Sunday 9 th September 2018 Warrnambool Pony Club Albert Park Coulstock Road Warrnambool Office Will be open from 7.30am. All riders need to report to office to pick up back numbers and show current grading PCAV cards and other proof of membership if riding open Please print out a copy of the draw so that you know when you are riding as we expect riders to ride in their assigned order to help the day run smoothly Volunteers We are only a small club and required cross country judges to run the event All riders will be assigned a jump and required to have someone carry out that role. If people refuse on the day we may eliminate the rider. Dressage Grades 1 and 2 HT2 Grades 3-5 Test C, Combined training test 5A Show Jumping Will start at 9.30am and will run in Grades 1,2,3, 4 and 5 It may run early due to scratching s so please listen for announcements so that you do not miss your grade and give yourself plenty of time wot walk the course Cross Country Course will be ready to walk by 10.00am. Please listen for announcements of when it is open. Due to the public nature of albert park we are unable to flag the course prior to the day therefore it can take a little time for this to be done in the morning. If you walk the course before it is officially open you may find differences when riding the course that could result in elimination. Will start at 12.30pm and run Grades 1,2,3,4 and 5. However we cannot start cross country until dressage is completed and rings packed up. Canteen The canteen will be open from 8.00am providing bacon and egg rolls for breakfast. Scrumptious hot lunches will be available along with the normal hot pie, sausage rolls and hot dogs. Plus a delicious assortment of slices and cakes will also be available. The Matchbox Coffee van will be providing superior coffee and hot chocolates Raffle We will be running a raffle throughout the day Venue Albert Park is a public park so ALL manure and excess hay from around your float needs to be collected. There is a manure heap located next to the horse wash. Strictly NO DOGS permitted.
2 Scratchings If you are scratching particularly on the day could you please let us know, even a text is helpful School Teams Schools wishing to have a team for the school award (4 riders 3 best results count) need to nominate teams at start of the day. Remember we are a voluntary organisation and providing our time free of charge. We love providing the grounds and the day for our children to challenge themselves and their ponies and have a great day. We will endeavour to help out with all queries in friendly and respectful manner. The Warrnambool Pony Club thanks you for your support of our event and we hope you all have fun and safe day
