2 Catering Options Chicken Wings The wings are a great way to spice up your party. Served with a ranch dip. They come in either 5lb or 10lb portions. Price: $7/lb, Serves: people / people Garden Salad Baby spinach mixed with carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other seasonal veggies. Select dressing. Price: $4.25 per person Mini-Quiches Assorted bite size quiches, these are always a party favorite (half of the quiches will be veggie and cheese, the other half will be ham and cheese). Price: $1.50 each Mini-Meatballs A steaming tray of juicy tender meatballs. Marinated in our house tomato-basil marinara. Price: $0.50 per meatball (recommend orders of 50 or 100) Dessert Tray A variety of gourmet mini cakes, chocolate éclairs, and cream puffs. 3 Breakfast Options Muffins, Croissants, Bagels, Cream Cheese Danish We offer a various collection of breakfast options. Price range: $ $2.75 each Bottled Juices/Water Options: orange juice, apple juice, cranberry/apple/raspberry juice & bottled water. Price: $1.75 each Coffee An air pot of coffee brewed fresh and will stay hot for 3-4 hours, cups, cream, and sweeteners provided. Must return the container if coffee is needed for off-site event. Drinks *Cups, creamers and sweeteners not included. $5.00 extras (if to-go order) Serves 8-12 cups (per 1/2 gallon), Price: $15.00 each Tea 1/2 gallon of fresh brewed organic hot tea (Choose between one of our 20 different options). 4 Fruit Punch A gallon of freshly made fruit punch. This refreshing option is wonderful for baby showers and has nice touch of effervescence to it (which makes it fun to drink). Price: $20.00 Lemonade A gallon of delicious lemonade. Another refreshing option which fits all occasions. Price: $20.00 JavaVino Adult Drinks Beer Choose selection of beers. Please have your selection done at least a week prior to the party so we can order appropriately. Price: In-House menu price applies Wine We always have great wines for your party, let us know what type of wines you like and we can put a special selection together for you. Price: Starts at $22.00 Sangria If you want to make sure everyone at your event is having fun then give this a try. We make this by the gallon; just order enough because it goes fast. Price: $75 per gallon (Works out to just under $3 per cup not a bad deal at all) Mimosas Get your early afternoon event off to a good start. Orange juice and some Champaign. 5 JavaVino Guidelines Thank you for holding your event at JavaVino! We would like to make booking and planning your party as easy as possible, so here is some basic information: Page is your contact. She will take good care of you! You may contact her at or The Wine Lounge event space can accommodate as many as 50 people, but we can only guarantee seating for 25. Wine Lounge is $150 on weekends and $100 on weekdays. Room fee will be charged at the time of booking and is not refundable if you cancel. We rent the Wine Lounge in four-hour time blocks, which includes setup and cleanup. If you need more time, each additional hour is $50. Weekday time slots are negotiable. On weekends, your choices are: o Saturdays: 8am 12noon 1pm 5pm 6pm 10pm $50 an hour for each additional hour o Sundays: 10am 2pm 3pm 7pm $50 an hour for each additional hour We can provide a staff member to run a cash bar for your party for $50. Page can give you details. Please see our catering menu for food and drink options. Outside food is okay, but all drinks must be purchased from JavaVino. We can do special orders as long as they are requested at least 2 weeks out. Please give Page your order at least 7 days before your event. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed, with 8% tax and 20% gratuity added. *You have 4 hours for your party. Outside food is allowed but not drinks. Clean up after yourselves. You ll be charged for the room when you book it and your food/drink orders at least 1 week before, with 8% tax and 20% gratuity added* Page 5 of 5 Rules, Rules, Rules You are welcome to decorate the room. Please clean it all up after words and take out everything you bring in. Please don t use glitter or confetti. Just don t. You may bring in whatever food you want in addition to, or instead of ordering food from us. Drinks are another matter: all drinks must be purchased through JavaVino. We provide cafe tables and chairs, additional stackable chairs, 2 couches, and one banquet table with a black tablecloth. Furniture can be rearranged but please don t put anything outside on the balcony. If our rules aren t followed we have to charge you! If we have to clean up a huge mess (like glitter, ugh), or you bring in outside drinks, there s a $25 fee. Ruining furniture is more. Summary
