ORDERING GUIDELINES All orders must be placed at least three business days prior to event To place an order, please contact the Catering Department (ext. 1292) or email catering@lycoming.

6 ORDERING GUIDELINES All orders must be placed at least three business days prior to event To place an order, please contact the Catering Department (ext. 1292) or Cancellations must be made by contacting the Catering Department at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time PICKUP LOGISTICS Orders must be picked up at the Kitchen at the Wertz Dining Hall. Pickup times must be set at time of ordering. Available times are: Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday: 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. All orders are prepared using disposable serviceware and will be accompanied by disposable plates, cups, forks, etc., as deemed appropriate. Reusable serviceware may be available upon request. Table linens are available on request. Please contact the Catering Department for pricing and availability. The purchaser is required to return all reusable serviceware, linens, and any other borrowed equipment within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time. Replacement fees will be charged for any items returned after 48 hours. The purchaser will be charged full replacement price for any item that is not returned in good working order. BILLING DETAILS Payment can be made by using a department or organization group ledger number (GL#) at time of booking. Payment may also be made, in full, in advance, by cash or credit card. Items can also be purchased with flex dollars and groups of students can pool together their flex dollars to pay for a No Frills event. Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to event to avoid a cancellation fee. ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS Additional items are available by contacting the Catering Department. Please inquire at least five business days prior to event so that we may secure ingredients.
