2 * Prices are Subject to Change Shoestring Catering is a segment of Gatherings Sodexo Catering tailored for Student groups: Please follow these guidelines to qualify for Shoestring pricing: * Orders may be placed via Melissa.murray@sodexo.com 7 days prior to your event * Food request must come from the Shoestring menu. (special menu s must be approved and orders must be placed for 10 days in advance) * A signed and authorized requisition or other form of payment must be received three business days prior to the event. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for Shoestring pricing. To order contact: Melissa Murray - melissa.murray@sodexo.com ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * All table, chair and trash can set ups are scheduled through the room reservations office or schedule with campus Astra scheduling program. * All appropriate paper products and service ware will accompany orders, based on the amount of food ordered. There are additional charges for linen requests. REQUIRED FEES Building rental fee for private event $45 per hour, bartender's fee of $35.00 per hour applies for bar service during private event. SPECIAL ORDERS: If the Elements menu does not fit your needs, we will gladly work with your approved group to accommodate your food and budget requirements.
