One designated person must be in charge of the function. They must be present during the entire function to include set up, tear down and clean up. Warrior Zone staff must have access to this person during the function at all times. Reservations are only available on weekdays from 10am to 8pm. Reservations include the patio only. Patrons using the Warrior Zone, to include the patio, must be 18 & over. Proper dress code must be followed. The area must be reset by 6pm or at the end of the designated reservation time. This includes putting all tables and chairs back into rows, all decorations removed and all trash properly thrown away. Functions may be asked to place food orders up to two weeks in advance. Large orders may also be asked to pre-pay. Keg orders must be ordered one week in advance. This ensures that we can accommodate your group. Patrons must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. The grills and kegerators are for Warrior Zone programs and preapproved events. The fire pit will be maintained by Warrior Zone staff. The designated smoking area is behind the Warrior Zone gazebo. Warrior Zone patrons will access this area via the patio. A $25 refundable security clean up deposit will be required. Please make checks out to IMWRF. Checks will be returned when all trash is cleaned up, the tables have been reset, all decorations are down and the Warrior Zone staff has cleared you to leave.
